Location

The hotel enjoys a central location, around 700 m, or a few minutes' walk, from the Old Town, where guests will find shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs. The river and Hofgarten park are also in the centre of town, around 700 m away. The bus station is around 200 m away, and Innsbruck train station is roughly 1 km from the hotel. Attractions in the town and surrounding area include the Golden Roof and the Landesmuseum (both some 700 m away), the North Park Mountain, around 4 km away, Axamer Lizum ski field, around 10 km away, and Swarovski Crystal World, roughly 20 km away. The hotel is 15 minutes' drive from the airport.

Facility

50 non-smoking rooms, including 7 junior suites, 2 suites, 2 apartments and 38 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Stayed at this hotel 16-19th April. Hotel was very clean, all staff members extremely helpful and friendly. I paid extra for a room with a balcony and mountain views and definitely worth the extra cost. All amenities are within walking distance with a great pub next door.I never tried the food so cannot comment on that but overall the Hotel offered a great experience and look forward to rebooking next year.

    Excellent hotel in a great location! It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the old town and the Inn River. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I strongly recommend it!

    Fantastic welcome. Staff smiling, helpful - everything works and room very nice and clean. One of those hotels that are different and better than normal.     Friendly and helpful staff. But many ill-thought-through decisions regarding the rooms and inventory. Black cabinet without lights anywhere near it (I used a flashlight), manual about safe mentions non-existing keys, curtain partially falls down as 2 of 3 screws forgotten when mounted, floor has a strip where I almost ripped open my socks, no good place to put large suitcase, bathroom sink and toilet room was not cleaned for a 5 days, room key card does only work on the base floor of the suite.But tasty breakfast, good view, nice personel.     A lovely place to base yourself in Innsbruck

    We had a very comfortable stay in this modernised centuries-old hotel, brimming with character and old artefacts and paintings, and obviously proud of its heritage, with an excellent buffet breakfast in the impressive vaulted cellar. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a twenty minute walk from the railway station. The room was clean with comfortable beds, and the bathroom was spotless. Free popcorn in the lounge! The old town is about a ten minute walk away. There is a bar next door but we were at the back, so cannot comment on noise; however it seemed quiet when we returned in the evening. All very enjoyable; a lovely place to stay a couple of nights in Innsbruck.
