Location

The hotel is located in Zirl, the largest village in the Innsbruck-West holiday region. It is set at the heart of the Inn valley, at the foot of the Zirler Berg mountain, and is renowned for its Christmas cribs as well as being the only wine village in Northern Tyrol. Links to public transport (the bus station) and bars can be found in the vicinity. The nearest nightlife opportunities are about a 10-minute drive away. The train station is some 4 km away. Innsbruck, the Olympic city and capital of the federal state of Tyrol, is located some 10 km away, while the Olympic skiing-area Seefeld is 15 km away.

Facility

3 apartments, 3 single rooms and 21 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Not four stars, poor customer service, but fine

    Four stars is a bit of a stretch, particularly due to the service. When I was sitting at the bar last night, the cook (I assume, based on what he was wearing) burped loudly twice in front of me & laughed like it was funny. Earlier that evening, one of the male waiters was super rude to us and we almost walked out. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The hotel facility is nice - pretty ornate windows, classic woodwork. Very interesting details, and we enjoyed walking around. But the facilities do not look taken care of—carpet is worn and stained; doesn’t appear vacuumed. The location is fine- a bit out of town but not far. Bathroom is a tub -- using the shower head is pretty difficult in such a small space. “Gym” that is located deep in the windowless basement looks like it hasn’t been touched in years — there was a used face mask on the floor, perhaps from a couple years ago during Covid? No toiletries provided. Slow internet, but room had a decent amount of outlets. Bed was comfy. Again, not sure how this ranks as four stars, but it was fine.     Perfect spot in Zirl

    Our room was not very large, but was big enough to be comfortable. The deck (with table and chairs) added outside space to the room and since weather was so nice, we were able to open the doors and have fresh air which was nice. The included breakfast buffet was typical for this region with cereal, yogurt, meats, cheeses and pickles, plus bread and jam. There was a large selection of everything with wonderful fresh bread and cheese and butter at the perfect temperature.     Absolutely first class hotel. Very comfortable rooms, beds perfect. The breakfast was really good, plentiful and tasty.The staff were welcoming and always on hand. We ate one night in the Restaurant and it was tasty if a little expensive,All in all a great visit.     Tyrolis is rated 4-star. The rooms and the interior is definitely 4-star worthy.However, we experienced severe lack of understanding how cleanliness of rooms supposed to be.Over three days the cleaning personnel hasn't cleaned our rooms, hasn't changed our towels or even entered into our room. There was spiderwebs on the bed, dust deposits near the bedside cabinet. The safe didn't work. There is no iron available in a suite room! We have occupied 2 suits for a majestic 4-star price!! This is bad and doesn't make us feel to recommend your hotel to others.     Amazing stop when u need a break before entering the Brenner! Typical Austrian, with great personal and clean rooms. We even had an upgrade to a brand new room with a view over the mountains.
