Location

This hostel/youth hostel is located in the heart of Salzburg.

Facility

At the hostel, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine.     The hostel looks like it has potential but has some big issues. We stayed for 2 nights, on the first night we had breakfast food stolen from the fridge and on the second night a guest attacked the girl behind reception and police needed to be called. A lot of dodgy characters staying there and not family friendly. The kitchen is horrible and tiny and the bed is the most uncomfortable I have slept in.On the plus side it is in a really convenient location and our room was available for early check in.     Refused to allow free cancellation after flight was cancelled due to Typhoon Ragasa. Other hotels allow free cancellation due to extenuating circumstances.     This hostel offers everything one might need and it has very affordable prices. Its neat and tidy and has very spacious rooms.I would recommend it to anyone.Very pleased!     Great hostel, clean, very basic but grateful for a spacious, clean room and clean beds. It was also quiet and not too much of a busy area. Very central location to everything in Salzburg.
