Location

Situated in a historic area, this hotel is ideal for business travellers as well as families. It is located approximately 1.8 km from the centre of Salzburg. There are public transport stops in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel has 103 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 15 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     We enjoyed everything about this hotel - location, friendly staff, cleanliness. This hotel has it all, just .5 miles from Mirabell Palace or a 5 minute bus ride. Also, you get a bus voucher! Wish I had known before purchasing a 2 day from the station.     Comfortable roomy hotel next to Salzburg HBF. say walk to city centre and sites. Friendly helpful staff, Plenty of restaurants close by.     Spacious Room and Great City Access

    Stayed as a family for 3 nights. The location was very central, with public transport right at the doorstep, which made getting around easy. The room was spacious and quiet at night with a nice view, but it wasn’t what I booked — the pictures showed a separate bedroom, yet it turned out to be an open‑plan room. Food and shopping were right outside, adding to the convenience.     Best staff assistance ever. Really went beyond her call of duty

    The hotel room came with complimentary travel passes on public transport for the duration of our stay and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Liza from the reception desk was so helpful. She gave us some great places to visit and eat and when we had returned she had even printed out more places to see and do the next day.     Stayed here for 2 nights with family in October. The location was okay, about a 20 minute walk outside of the city center. Rooms were mostly clean but you could tell it was an old hotel. Breakfast was subpar. Mostly greatly disappointed by learning, upon check-in, that the hotel was actually NOT a 4 star hotel and had, instead, lost all of its star ratings a year prior. We were also informed by hotel staff that the hotel would be closing down within the next year due to it being “old and dirty”. Extremely disappointed with the misrepresentation of the star ratings for this hotel after having booked with prices that reflected a 4-star rating.
