    Warm and cozy boutique hotel just few steps from Salzburg

    Everything here was extraordinary from quick check in until check out. Breakfast offers great selection of food, rooms are comfy, location is excellent and it just feels warm inside. They have nice lounge for kids, small but sufficient. In case or visiting Salzburg this is no. 1 choice. If you are visiting during Chritmastime, there is Hellbrunn Adventmarkt, defitinely worth visit

    One of the best hotels I have stayed at not only for the modern facilities but also for the warm and professional owners (a family). We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which includes a small kitchenette. My youngest son unfortunately accidentally turned on the stove which created a small fire that led to a visit by the fire department and caused cosmetic damage to the walls and a wooden knife set. Despite the stressful incident, the owners were extremely generous and kind, not putting any blame on us when they could have, relocating us to another room, and ensuring our two boys were safe. We were extremely embarrassed and remorseful, and their understanding attitude allowed us to enjoy the rest of our family trip peacefully. The hotel itself is beautiful (both inside and out), well-run, and well-kept. Location-wise, it's only 15-20 minutes to Salzburg center and a short drive to a few tourist sites like the Untersberg Cable Car, the Schloss Hellbrunn castle, and the Keltenblitz Alpine Slide in Hallein (first two are included in the Salzburg card). I would gladly stay there again.

    Fantastic hotel, great breakfast and impeccable views! The staff were lovely and helpful and I would love to stay here again soon. The room was spotless and had cooking facilities too. It’s in the perfect spot for heading into Salzburg or up the Untersberg. The location is great - it’s just out of the city so it’s quiet and tranquil but the public transport is frequent and easy to use (I downloaded the BusBahnBim app which allowed me to buy bus tickets really easily. You can also get the Salzburg card which includes bus travel along with entry to a variety of attractions).

    Our family of four stayed here for 4 days when visiting my older son who is on an Erasmus Study term. We were absolutely delighted with this hotel. It far exceeded our expectations, it was very modern, incredibly spacious and very clean and tidy. It is also very good value for money. We had an apartment which would easily accommodate 6-8 people. We didn't have breakfast but we did have free coffee and flavoured waters. We arrived late and left very early and check in and out couldn't have been easier. There is a bus stop within a few mins walk and you have the option of 2 different bus routes to get you into the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

    I highly recommend for short and bit longer stay!I have been to Essigmanngut with my family several times and we really like this place. Nice service, great cuisine, perfect location - so close for all atractions this region . Modern but cozy and pleasant hotel. :)
