    We stayed for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant stay mainly thanks to the fantastic location. The hotel is just a short 2 minutes walk from Salzburg Hauptbahnhof which made arriving and getting around incredibly convenient.Check in and check out were both quick and easy as the staff were efficient.The main downside was the size of the room. We stayed in a room for 3 but the room was quite tight. The swing in the room is a fun playful design but it did take up valuable space which made the room feel even more cramped. It would be great if this feature is optional especially for guests who need a bit more space.Overall it's a stylish hotel in a very convenient location. Most sights were easily walkable or a short Uber ride away.

    Fantastic hotel. spotlessly clean. Beds were comfy and the breakfast was amazing, so much choice and delicious food. Very close to the bus and train stations and the staff were wonderful. There's a great locker for luggage at check out and we were allowed to check in 4 hours early. The perfect stay and there is nothing I would change. Would be nice if they did evening meals as breakfast was so wonderful. Thank you

    Conveniently located diagonally across the Salzburg train station hauptbahnhof.We (my husband, younger son and I) stayed 2 nights. Clean, modern. However, room was very small as was the bed and bathroom. Don't bother paying for the breakfast - it was not worth the price.

    Beautiful rooms, great location and pleasant breakfast. The egg chairs in the room are a nice touch. Quiet location but close to city centre and airport.

    Hotel Cocoon in Salzburg was excellent for us. The room was fine, without frills. The breakfast choices were very good. Most of all we were impressed with the service from each member of Reception staff. Friendly, helpful, and always polite and professional. They made the real difference on this occasion. We would defgo again.
