    ​I rarely write reviews this scathing, but I feel it is my civic duty to warn others. Calling this a "hotel" is a generous overstatement; it’s more of a cautionary tale in hospitality.Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. Even a park bench would offer more comfort and better service. 0/10.

    This is a terrific place to stay in Salzburg. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. They have underground parking, and a terrific breakfast. Also, it’s close to a buss line into old-town Salzburg. Don’t let the odd name put you off, this is a cool place to stay

    We visited for drink and snack and the hotel refused to accept our small dog not even in a bag! We find this an extreme attitude from the place and big discrimination against animals who are pets to their owners. They claimed that the hotel is anti allergy!! The place was full of plants and flowers that can kill any person with severe Asma!!!! So strange attitude, entity and ambiance, looked like a private place for some snobbish rich owner who does not belong to Austria by blood for sure, because locals are extremely respectful people with high level of civilization. Such stupid rules in one of the most beautiful cities of Austria, Salzburg, only come from ignorant but rich people. Will not recommend to anyone i know.     Sharing rooms to help lufthansa and cool mama save money :(

    This is the dumping hotel when lufthansa cancels flights at last minute. Whilst the hotel itself looks ok, rooms and food ok the customer service is sorely lacking. After being told by lufthansa this hotel has twin rooms it doesnt. I was forced to share a double bed with my adult child. Neither cool mama reception nor lufthansa would allow us 2 rooms for the unexpected layover despite my child and I having separate flight bookings. I have a mefical condition and now have not slept the past 24 hrs whilst stuck here ( thr hotel is miles from town) . Customer care factor is ZERO despite my many attemots at trying to resolve the issue at yhe cool mama end. This is the first negative review i have ever written. When back in Europe again ( and I travel alot) I will nevet use lufthansa or cool mama evet again. Its all about money not customet comfort which is such an important factor when rhibgs go wrong. Such as was the case when our flights were cancelled and all we needed was to be treared fairly.

    The hotel is well decorated very clean and modern. The sky bar and the breakfast are very good the breakfast is a real positive point of this hotel. The hotel is 20min from city Center with the bus line number 7. What is to improve: to take more into account the comments/requests sent by the clients during reservation process… checking the room ( Brocken piece of shower badly repaired from first to second night ) more regularly checking the power of the door battery)… when a client faces 3 pb within two nights it is good to make him a better deal than just to offer parking for free. The crew in the reception would gain by being more friendly and giving more positive answers. Still the rooms are nice, by improving in the domains mentioned upper it would become a must. I still recommend this place.Last remark would be more confortable to have one materas in the king beds and not two materasses together. Also making Netflix service being available would be a real plus !
