    Good Stay, But Skip the Breakfast!

    We recently spent a few nights at the Fourside Hotel for a family getaway. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay with just one major letdown. Here is the breakdown of our experience:🟢 The Good Stuff• The Room: We booked a family suite and were incredibly pleased. It was spacious, well-designed, and most importantly, spotlessly clean when we arrived.• Check-in: A huge shoutout to the front desk team. We had a very good check-in experience—fast, friendly, and efficient after a long day of traveling. Checkout was equally friendly and quick.• Location & Parking: The hotel offers free onsite parking, which was a massive bonus and saved us a lot of hassle. It is located about a 10-minute drive from the city center. While some might prefer being right in the thick of it, this worked out perfectly for us as a quiet basecamp.🔴 The Not-So-Good• The Breakfast Buffet: This was the only real disappointment of our stay. The breakfast offering was honestly quite bad. It didn't seem to matter if we arrived early or late; many items were constantly missing. Especially in the eggs and bread sections, and there was a very poor selection of cheeses and cold cuts. You're better off visiting a cafe in the city.

    The room was not clean, see my uploaded photos. We asked the reception to have the rooms better cleaned but that didnt help. The breakfast was low quality, and very basic, no variety for 5 days.

    This hotel seems to be recently taken over-It lacks basic comforts. Kettle to boil water .Basic drinking water not easily available-distance . No coffee tea sugar milk making facilities. No body moisturiser.Morning breakfast served with cuppons .Bathroom needs senior citizen safety.

    Salzburg is a beautiful CityfourSide hotel is on a very Good location, good room, economical price and very polite friendly & helpful staff.Greeted well on arrival by 2 pretty ladies don’t remember their names.Mr Elmer schlager guided us and explained how to reach Zell ‘em see without crossing border.Miss Sylwia Golda was very helpful and she helped us understand driving laws and guided us the route.Most importantly miss Akira Krammer a beautiful girl she was so polite and always ready to help with a pretty smiley face.Internet was disrupted in the city so She went above and beyond to make my internet work when there was no internet in hotel or no data, she is an IT genius and an amazing personality.Diana from kitchen was so friendly and helpful.I will soon be using this hotel again if I ever visit Salzburg and would love to see them all again specially the best, politest and beautiful miss Akira Kramer.100% recommend to othersThank you once again

    The front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly! The room was very stylish. The animal skin put on the luggage table could be definitely avoided!Breakfast options could be better with more variety of eggs, more cut fruits.Staff friendly in the dining room. Especially one gentleman who got covers for me to package their sandwich as I was having a long train journey onwards.Would definitely recommend this place.
