Location

The hotel is conveniently situated just round the corner from Salzburg main station. Salzburg´s old town can be reached in less than a 10-minute drive. Places of interest include the Mirabell Palace and the Marionette Theatre, both less than 2 km from the hotel. Salzburg Airport is just 7 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 2 single rooms and 118 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Extra beds can be requested.     I was so impressed by this hotel. The staff were amazing - so kind, friendly and helpful. The receptionists were fantastic as were the staff in the restaurant. The hotel was very clean and the room was perfect, with everything I needed. The location was also perfect and, although it was very central, there was no noise. There was a spa but I didn't use it. It looked lovely, though. I did have breakfast each day and the buffet was delicious. It really set me up for a day of sightseeing.     An inviting hotel where you feel at home.

    Andreas the night manager was very friendly and helpful. He makes you feel welcome. The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the train station - good for early departure and late arrivals as reception is open 24/7.The rooms are reasonably sized and clean. You are only given 1 bottle of mineral water on your first day. Mobility card for public transport is given for the duration of your stay, though we purchased the Salzburg city card, which included free entrance to key attractions and public local transport, not valid for regional buses. The hotel manager Tom and Andreas makes the stay so welcoming, that we feel like coming back to home when we return from the attractions. Be sure to say Guten Tag when you walk pass them.     Average hotel next to train station. The rooms are small and almost modern. Cleaning is average to good. Breakfast buffet also average. F&B staff polite and service quick on brkf buffet refilling. Front office refused to provide second key-card for us (double room with 2pax). Ridiculous guest experience on that insignificant guest's right.     Hotel is very average. Rooms are very small and staff is non cooperating. Highly UNtrained staff at the buffet. Aircon hardly works.     Great hotel near train station

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. Located next to the train station and main bus terminal. Walkable to Mirabellplatz, we even walked to the Old Town a few times but bus is probably preferred. Our room was quiet on the 5th floor, shopping mall side. We opted out of breakfast, got our own.
