Guests have a choice of 14 junior suites, 2 suites, 9 single rooms and 30 double rooms located in a 4-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. At this complex, which includes a lift, guests are warmly welcomed by the multilingual staff (English, German, French). A check-in/check-out service is available at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Rooms

    Stunning little hotel with friendly staff comfy rooms and great social space

    We visited for one night in May 2026. The hotel is not in the old town so is very quiet and peaceful. The social spaces are welcoming especially the garden at the back and the cosy bar area. We had booked for just one night and were lucky to be upgraded to a corner room on the third floor. We had a lovely view of the hills from a small Juliet balcony and a sofa and sitting area. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows and two duvets. The free drink was very welcome after our evening out! But the best bit was the staff - so friendly and helpful and offering a warm welcome without being over the top or awkward, would definitely stay there again!     I loved my stay here! The hotel was extremely well thought out: plugs everywhere, a great bathroom setup, closet with drawers, etc. I would absolutely stay here again. It was also walking distance of many important attractions and our tour meeting points.     We were able to park and go everywhere on foot. The room (junior suite) was spacious and comfortable. My husband used the spa daily. The breakfast was very good. Expensive but very nice.     This should be the standard to which all boutique hotels are compared. Anyone who owns a boutique hotel (or any type of hotel) should come here to learn how this family runs their property. We've had the good fortune to travel extensively and stayed in many hotels.This is easily in the top 5 hotels in which we've ever stayed. The staff and service, the amenities, the location, the grounds (especially for its city location), the extensive and delicious breakfast spread and the entire property is a reflection of the several generations of a single family that has owned and passionately built a welcoming and relaxing space. We cannot recommend the Boutique & Design Hotel Auersberg enough.
