    Loved almost everything about this property. Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Great value for money. Loved the breakfast- it was our favourite time of the day. Bus stop is right opposite to the hotel. 24/7 water is available in the shower. They even provided hot drinking water for free of cost until 8 pm everyday. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly, they always greeted us with a smile

    Nice hotel, just outside Salzburg old town. There is a bus stop right outside so it's just a few minutes to old town and the hotel provides free travel vouchers. The staff are friendly and the hotel provides a decent breakfast. We had an issue with the room cleaning not being done and the hotel gave us a decent discount. There is a selection of good restaurants close by.

    October 2023 - we stayed here as one of the more budget friendly options but still quite expensive in CDN. The room was half the size of other stays but we managed. 1 double 1 twin bed for family of 4. Kids slept on the twin. It was easy to navigate the bus and front staff were helpful in direction the bus and getting into salzburg walking part of the city, and we were provided with a map. We spent two nights here so that we could each take turns doing the Mozart concert in the palace. Due to having small children we each took a night to attend and it was easy to navigate the bus back. I believe we were able to purchase a bus pass for the two days at the hotel desk. We enjoyed walking the city - I should have done 3 nights but we had a busy itinerary and multiple countries to visit in a short time. Parking was limited but available if reserving in advance

    We stayed here with our teenage daughter and thought this was a great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and everything was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed being able to sit on the terrace to eat it. If you are staying as a family I would recommend room 201 which is two bedrooms and a large bathroom off an internal lobby which has the locked door. Location of the hotel is ten minutes from the old town centre by bus. The buses are frequent and the stop is just outside the hotel. Bus also goes directly to the airport in the other direction. A bus pass was part of the city tax and this was well worth having, we got as far as St Gilgin using it. Steigl brewery is about 10 minutes walk away and it does good traditional Austrian meals if you want to eat near the hotel.

    A lovely family hotel. Very clean, simple and straightforward but just the ticket for a visit to Salzburg. Free bus pass to the city was really useful. A plentiful and interesting breakfast spread and a lovely terrace to enjoy it on.
