Location

This hotel is situated in the centre of Salzburg, directly opposite the city conference centre and about 500 m from the main station. The old town is 1 km from the hotel, and can easily be reached on foot or by public transport (200 m to the nearest stop). Salzburg Airport is about 7 km away.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1914. 198 non-smoking rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand.     Loved this hotel. Great location under 10 minutes from station and close to all the beautiful sights Salzburg has to offer. Friendly helpful greeting by reception and everyone we encountered during our stay.Food and drinks up in the Skybar was excellent too.The room was comfortable and clean and had everything you could need.Also used the gym which was small but kept up our fitness regime.Salzburg is fabulous and the highlight of our trip so far and the hotel enhanced that.     We stayed at this hotel, and it was easily one of the best experiences we’ve had. If you are planning a trip to Salzburg, this property deserves a spot on your shortlist.**The Location**The hotel is ideally situated within easy walking distance of both the Salzburg Hbf train station and the beautiful Mirabell Palace & Gardens, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and transit.**The Room**We were very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a corner junior suite. The room was spacious and cozy, featuring a very comfortable bed and modern conveniences like automated window blinds. The minibar was well-stocked and varied.     Gem of a hotel with lovely sky bar

    Hotel located on the outskirts of the old town, close to the Hauptbahnhof. Bit old fashioned but lovely helpful staff. Room are comfortable and spacious but would benefit from some more comfortable armchairs or sofa rather than what it currently has. Walk in shower which is great. Lovely restaurant in the hotel plus sister restaurant is in the building next door. Great food. Fantastic sauna. Highly recommend .     The hotel is well situated in Salzburgh for all the tourist attractions. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable . The bed was comfortable. We personally like privacy in the bathroom, the frosted door didn’t providethis. The coffee and tea provided in the room were not replenished daily and we had to ask for this, which wasn’t a problem when requested.
