  Fantastic location, very nice staff

  Fantastic location a short walk from the old city and convenient bus stops nearby. Rooms a bit small but very pleasant with lovely curtains! Breakfasts were excellent, lots of choice and replenished regularly. Also very pleasant outside with nice patios,sets and a good view of the fortress.

  I like this hotel, beautiful view from the window it’s a nice location. Good facilities although there’s bad ventilation in the bathroom. The room is good sized but not impressed with the photo of the neon orange woman above the bed, it’s kind of creepy and scary for the kiddos. Not impressed with the beds and pillows, my friend had a hard bed and all of us had flat deflated pillows. The cleanliness is fine. The floor was pealing off though. The staff are a bit unpleasant- no effort was made to make us feel welcome, they didn’t speak to us at all and they seemed rude and unfriendly. Also, I feel like the staff don’t make an effort, they are a bit lazy. For example some of the plates don’t seem like they’ve been washed well enough and the cleaners don’t make any effort, and I came back from a day of skiing to find my suitcase open with my stuff all over the place, I could tell someone has definitely been through it. The noise level after 20:30 is fine but before that time we can hear the neighbours a bit. The atmosphere seems nice, the other guests at the hotel are pleasant and nice to talk to. Overall, for the price I would say the value is definitely worth it.   Rude service, not child friendly, expensive bar

  Was told by the manager that our 4 year old son "wasn't allowed" to eat from his lunchbox in the restaurant.   Hotel 🏨 in excellent position for exploring the old town “10min walk”.Staff very helpful & polite, little disappointed in additional costs,I know there are overheads & cost involved but even I couldn’t eat €26 worth of food for breakfast = 10 boxes of cornflakes - toppings / milk & a couple of cups Coffee?( breakfast €26/per + car parking €14.50?)For two people with a car = €66.50 on top of the room price?   The hotel was very convenient to the old town area we wanted to visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was minimalist but just clean, comfortable and just fine. I will definitely stay there if we get to come back.
