  Great option close to the main train station. We picked this hotel largely on location being close to the main train station. Very happy we did. Breakfast was very good (loved the coffee machine). Rooms were clean. Check-in after 3 was a little tricky, but they communicated well in advance. Rooms are very well soundproofed. I was concerned when we arrived because there was construction across the street - but zero noise in the room. Very comfortable and quiet in the rooms.

  clean rooms, smiling and helpful team, 16 of us stayed, everyone was very pleased, breakfast was much better than many hotels in Europe, lots of variety, fresh and delicious, I think this place is as comfortable and warm as your home, thank you very much

  What an excellent gem in Salzburg! Don’t hesitate to stay here!

  What an excellent gem in Salzburg! I had a different hotel reserved, but I had to change it to add my daughter at the last minute, and I found this hotel in Booking.com. The proximity to the train station was a big seller, only 3 minutes away. But “let’s start at the very beginning,” we arrived one hour earlier than expected and our room was ready. Alina at the front desk took care of us and let us know all the details, where to go to drop our suitcases and where to go for breakfast the next morning. She also helped us get a Salzburg 24-hour card, gave us a map, and let us know where the hotel was located based on the map. The next day we went for a delicious breakfast next door and Maria greeted us with a smile. Maria and Sonam took care of us, restocking the breakfast buffet and emptying tables. In summary, this is a great place to stay. Superb customer service from the front desk to the breakfast area staff, excellent proximity to the train station, super clean, well-stocked with toiletries, and at an affordable price. Also, did I mention that I was able to leave my suitcases for a few hours on the day that I was leaving so I can keep sightseeing before leaving? Don’t hesitate to stay here!

  The room was big. Reception is open only upto 3 PM but they have all virtual arrangements. Breakfast was great. Train station is 2-3 minutes walk. Staff behavior is excellent. Getting Uber was always within 1-2 minutes right in front of reception. There are good restaurants just within few steps.

  This Place was a disaster. Whatever you do not book a room here. It is directly opposite a massively noisy building site. Absolutely impossible.The rooms oversee this building site. It is hugely noisy. we were there at 6.37 pm and they were still making massively noisy work and god knows at what time in the morning they start. This is Austria and they are early birds. They do have rooms out the back. They should only use these rooms until the building is complete. It is absolutely impossible to sleep here. On top of that they have set up a system where the owners that would be able to cancel a booking are unavailable after the earliest check in time conveniently avoiding any customers that are not able to put up with this out of the world noise levels.
