Facility

158 non-smoking rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well.     Exceptional stay. Far beyond expectations. One of the best Bonvoy properties we have stayed at. Will certainly be coming back. The hospitality was exceptional.. so warm, attentive, kind, caring and generous. The personal attention and attention to detail was to the level not commonly experienced with travel, even in 5 star properties. The hotel staff constantly went far above and beyond. The hotel location is perfect, near the main sites and right next to the park. The hotel is so well appointed and beautifully renovated, with lovely common space. The rooms were excellent.. spacious, very comfortable, newly renovated with high quality standard. The view over the park was so peaceful.

    This hotel is GREAT. The rooms are very spacious even though it's in a centralized location. Only a 10-minute walk to the Old City and literally steps from the Mirabell Gardens (stunning when we were there in May) Very quiet and peaceful. The bathrooms and amenities are amazing. The attention to details is very high. We felt the room/bathroom was very luxurious, clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful - going above and beyond when I asked questions. Breakfast was high quality. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Saltzburg.

Locations is by my opinion the best in Salzburg, easily accessed by car and located just near by Mirabel garden and park.Breakfast and restaurant was very delicious and worth of money.     Like in 2025 we choose Sheraton Grand for the 2026 Mozartwoche. Service is exceptionally good and friendly. Sauna and gym recently were completely renovated. Upgraded to a junior suite. Our comfortable room had a desk & chair, bench, 2 club-chairs & coffee-table, TV, wardrobe with safe, tea & Nespresso facility and fridge, wardrobe with ironing facility, and an excellent kingsize bed. We had a nice bathroom with double washbasin, bath, shower, bidet & separate toilet. All was impeccably clean. The buffet breakfast again was excellent. The club-lounge at floor 7 offers finger-food and drinks. Sheraton Grand Salzburg is a most comfortable hotel. Highly recommended.     Excellent place. Great location. Good service.. good food. Spacious and clean rooms . Went there with my family in December.. add book 2 rooms because they did not have a room for four people. In the beginning, they did not give access to my wife and kids to the lounge, even though I’m a platinum member., but eventually they did.. apart from that the service was good. Would go back there again.
