9 apartments, 74 single rooms and 74 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a baggage storage service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     I send multiples e mails to ask real info about mobility because we are 2 senior with a wheelchair and never respond. After 4 emails I decided to cancel. 21 Dec the arrival date was 26. They refused to cancel and they not return my deposit. Expedia tried to contact this hotel they refused agannnever had a response. Terrible Custumer service

    Stunning view of mountain, room is good but heater can not adjust much. Breakfast is great with variety of fresh fruits. Checkin staff is not much friendly.

    Stayed here one night while on a motor bike trip. Hotel is new and very modern. Check in was seamless and informative. When I arrived it was very wet and I had driven all day in the rain - so was soaked through. Unfortunately while the room while large and spacious - it had underfloor heating. Which meant there were no radiators or even a towel rail to try and dry of very wet motorcycle gear. Which I did find a bit odd for a hotel in a ski location. Had my evening meal in the hotel restaurant, which was nice with a varied menu - albeit slightly expensive.

    We booked this hotel for a family of 3, via trip.com, we arrived to Hallstatt on 25 morning to explore and, after the Salt mine, we arrived to hotel around 18:00hrs by then it was raining 🌧️ so we approached for check in and the reception team two guys very friendly, if I remember correctly one of the team member name was Hathim, my apology that I did not remember the name of other team member, but honestly this two members was very friendly and helpful. Their service was very good and my wife even said that this two were very friendly and helpful. We came down to lobby after we put down our luggage and belongings, as we want to eat dinner before we settle in as we are hangry. The buffet was acceptable as it’s raining so we don’t want to go out, also the a la cart menu is very limited so choose to go with the buffet. The waiter at the restaurant was Tony, and very friendly, I guess Tony is from Italy and he is very nice and polite. After dinner our daughter wants to go up to the room and fresh up as she is very tired 😪 after a long day. After dinner me and my wife want to sit in the bar for a coffee, as I always love to enjoy espresso ☕️ or Americano after dinner. The price for an Americano was 3.90 euros, based on the menu. After we want to settle the bill for the coffee, my wife ask for the bill from me the waitress, and pass 4 euros, and the waitress ask to pay 4.2 for the coffee, and she gave to the waitress 4.5 euros so we should get the change .30 cents. I personally don’t mine for the .30 cents however I feel that the waitress scammed us. The menu showed the coffee latte was 4.2 euros and 3.9 euros for Americano. Even if she charged for caffe latte I’m fine, she need to give back the change. BTW the waitress who saved me the coffee was friendly, and the waitress who scammed us and cheat was not friendly even. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL JUST BECAUSE I FEEL THE staff is not honest, even if it was .10 cents the staff must be honest with the customer when it involves money. As I am working in hotel industry and I know how important the staff have to be with the customers.. the next morning after the breakfast we want to check out and store the luggage for an hour so that we could explore the town. However the lady at the front desk was very robotic and keep repeating that the check out time is 10am and if you want you can keep the luggage and we are not responsible for it. So we decided to take the luggage and leave as soon as possible, down the street the information ℹ️ place we could store the luggage for 3 euros. so we did this and spent some time exploring the town.
