First time "Im Weissen Roessl" and what a great experience. Everything was lovely despite a slight mix-up with the rooms on check in (quickly sorted). Our room had a partial lake view which was beautiful.This is the most wonderful place in a superb location the rooms are good, the breakfast team very efficient as indeed were all we spoke to at reception.We had one dinner in the hotel which was very good and the view of the lake over dinner was brilliant.The Spa facilities are superb, the heated pool, jacuzzi and of course the lake were all delightful in the fantastic weather.A beautiful place to stay and parking facilities are just a short stroll through the town so not difficult.We really enjoyed our stay and being able to relax by the lake or wander round the town was just what was required for a lovely holiday.

Superb except for one blip

The hotel is spotless and set in a spectacular location. Our room was a decent size and was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed. Waiting staff were pleasant and polite. The food was gourmet quality and whilst the choice was limited, the quality was superior. We had one night where the service was awful. It seemed that there were problems in the kitchen and waiting staff seemed overwhelmed. The service seemed chaotic and no explanation was forthcoming. That said, every other night the service was first rate so we just put it down to some kind of temporary crisis in the kitchen. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a restaurant review. The food was good, but the location is perfect for a beer or drink. Service was quick and easy but the kitchen does close at 5pm so be aware of the early close and the restaurant closes at 6pm

Recently returned from an excellent holiday in all aspects at the Weisses Roessl. Food and service was excellent as always and had the bonus of our 30 yr award visiting Weisses Roessl. Look forward to seeing you again in August.

As always, we had a fabulous time at this beautiful hotel. We stayed with friends across the Christmas week and the experience was magical. The hotel go out of their way to make it a memorable experience, from helping to dress the Christmas Trees with the other hotel guests to the beautiful family gathering on Christmas Eve when the owner and her father and children gave a lovely lead into Christmas. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated throughout, the spa is superb , and the breakfast is the best I have ever had. I have stayed at the hotel on numerous occasions, and you see many familiar faces from other returning guests. I think that sums things up, it is a place that you will want to return to again and again.
