Location

This hotel is set in one of Europe's most beautiful cities, Vienna. Facility

Guests have a choice of 120 rooms located in a 3-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     The room was clean, though it showed some signs of wear. It was quite warm, and unfortunately the windows could not be opened to let in fresh air. Noise at night was also an issue and made sleeping difficult.Breakfast was tasty, but the selection was limited — there were no eggs, cakes, or sausages. A locker room is available, which is a useful feature.

    The Hostel in a Busy Street

    The hostel is situated in a busy street with heavy traffic. I could not fall asleep when the window was open. The suburb is not very clean but if you go 50 metres to the U bahn it seems to be better. There is also a supermarket with shops and restaurants with take away meals and a cinema. My room was furnished simply but it was enough for having a rest after a busy day of sightseeing. Cleaning is on request but it meant only sweeping the floor for the guys from Syria who did it. They did not touch neither the wash basin nor the toilet. I enjoyed breakfast with good choice of marmelades, salami, cheese and good coffee. I appreciated a small bar on the ground floor where I could order pizza and other small meals. On my last day in the hostel a receptionist knocked on my door at 12 o´clock saying I should have left till 10. She did not notice the label "late check out" on my door which I bought. She seemed to be angry and she did not checked it. If you require more comfort and more quiet place, do not go there. There are always groups of young students who are loud.

    over all was nice. however there is no air conditioning so in the 30° heat it was a bit miserable. there is a kitchen but you have to pay for it and other than that there was no way to get water so we had to go to reception and get them to fill up our bottles. there is ensuite bathrooms but no privacy curtains on beds, they do provide towels though and the shower was nice for a hostel. everything was clean. the quiet by 10 rule was not enforced and there was school kids being fairly loud.

    Reasonably prompt and friendly reception; as requested, quiet single room to the side away from traffic; and good public transport connections to and from the centre.Had to cut stay one day short, but, as advertised, was not able to receive a refund...

    The room is dirty you can sense the dirt under your shoes. The radiator is covered in dirt. The sink is clogged this is how it looks everytime one of use washes their hands. We need a to wait a good 5 min before the other ones proceeds. This morning I was minding my business and a bug jumped on me! There was no window open nor then nor since I checked in. So the bug is obviously there before checking in. I requested a second bedsheet and it was given to me ripped. This place is not worth your time or your money. I requested for the housekeeper to clean the romm and when I came back they did nothing wven after showing them the bug and the state.Photos below
