  We can’t thank you enough at ADINA SERVICE APARTMENT in Vienna, for their incredible kindness during our stay. My husband had a medical emergency and was taken to the hospital, and the staff here and other guests went above and beyond to support us. They were so compassionate, helpful with logistics and made a very scary situation much easier for us to handle. A beautiful hotel and a beautiful staff. A delicious dinner was delivered to our room after we came back from the hospital. From the bottom of our heart thank you for everything, a gesture we will never forget.   Very good and convenient hotel

  I stayed at Adina Serviced Apartments in Vienna in a three nights stay at the end of August 2025. Very smooth check in, they managed to give me my room eventhough I was in two hours early of check in time, very good service. Hotel room was big, nice and clean, bed is very comfortable, bathroom worked fine - and there is a little kitchen, a little pot and frying pan, and plates and cutlery for two. The apartment also have a dining table, TV and a fridge with a frost department.The hotel is situated very close to Vienna Central station conveniently for the three stop metro train (U 1) trip to Stephans Church in central Vienna and a good 15 minutes train ride from Vienna airport. Supermarkets and shops are very near at the Central station, and restaurants and cafés also at the central station or on the square in front of the hotel. The hotel is absolutely recommendable and very covenient situated.

  Good location next to the main station so easy to get the underground into the main Vienna districts . Room was ok , a bit tired around the edges . Did not like the bed being up against one wall so one of you had to climb over to get in . No cleaning of room whilst there . Felt a bit impersonal as no other facilities . You can go over to the other Adina apartments ( across the road) for breakfast. We loved Vienna tho but would choose a more central hotel next time .

  Just opposite the train station. Room is good and clean. Has an Aldi under so very convenient.The only thing is no coffee or tea station in the lobby or in the room. Has laundry facilities unfree so very convenient and reasonable price. Would stay again if I go to Vienna.

  Average stay. Having just come from a fantastic Air BnB in Krakow for half the price of this we found it very underwhelming. Air conditioning is not air conditioning at all, rather a fan vent that we left on the whole duration of our 4 night stay and it only dropped the temperature from 23° to 21°.There was basic cooking items (one pan, a frying pan and spatula) however if you wanted additional equipment it was an extra €25! There was a 2 ring hob but no oven.There was a microwave though so easier to get ready meals if you don’t plan to eat out. The tv is not a smart tv but did have ‘chrome cast’ but this was very temperamental and we ended up watching Netflix via the iPad. Lighting wasn’t great, either super bright or dark. We only found the rooftop terrace on the last night as we were not made aware of this on check in but it could do with some TLC. Positives:The room was a good size and the location is great with just being a 2 min walk to central station, there is an Aldi and lovely restaurant just across the precinct.
