Excellent location for a short stay

We had a quick 1 night stop at the Alma Boutique hotel in Vienna in March. We arrived earlier than the allowed check-in time and were greeted by a friendly member of reception. Check in was quick and our room was ready so we were allowed to go to the room earlier than planned which was great. The hotel is located really centrally in Vienna and was a pleasant walk to all the main attractions. The room was small but ok for the night. The toilet was separate to the shower/sink area - There was a door to the toilet but only a sheer curtain to separate the bed area from the shower area. Both areas seemed very dated, all in bright red tiles and the shower wasn’t great. However, it was all very clean and adequate for one night. This hotel was great for a quick stop over but I would not want to stay for any longer due to the dated bathroom facilities.

Nice hotel near the train main station to/from the airport. taking a Metro to Schwedenplatz you are 100m away from the hotel..Fantastic restaurant "greekbeizel" very near. You can easily walk to the Dome and enjoy the "vienner blut".

It had a chance to be 5 stars.The hotel is great, in the center of the city, the people are helpful and friendly BUT be aware that if you buy a Double Superior with an extra big bed, it's literally 2 single beds glued together, if it wasn't this trick trying to foul you, it would be 5 stars.

We were having a good time till we had a disgusting experience at breakfast area with a worker called Claudia in charge of the breakfast. So rude, treating us like dogs telling us to leave in an inhuman way. We wont be coming back! Definitely there must be some person that is can work in customer service that can replace this person.

The hotel was in central place in vienna . The space in the rooms were ok , we book 2 rooms there. The toilet & bathroom is seperate & there is no no connection between them . The staff was courteous except the lady who was incharge of Breakfast. She was very rude. We have to go early around 6.45 am for our tour & breakfast starts at 7 am , so we requested for just a cup of coffee which she refused . Other than her everyone was helpful and courteous . They offer complementary tea or coffee full day in their breakfast room. The location of the hotel is in bylane so if the uber driver or taxi driver does not know the other way ,they will leave you some 2 min walk away from hotel . Lot of resturants , sovenoirs shops etc are on walking distance from this hotel.
