  Terrible hotel

  This hotel is not a good three star hotel, I would say at the most a poor two star. It is out dated and unclean. The pictures are correct with a very good lens, but in reality it almost seemed unused, when you first walk into the entrance. The furniture was dirty and the bar never manned or used. The Bedroom also had that dirty feeling although the beds/linen was clean. We had a view out the back over an internal area, which was disgusting, litter all over it and a nappy plus more. We kept our curtains closed. Breakfast on day one was ok although not to my taste but day two there was flies all over the cold meats and cheese as they were not covered, so we didn’t eat. Day three we went out for breakfast. Our air conditioning was also leaking, so we had towels on the floor and a dripping noise for our whole visit, no offer to change rooms. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay 🙁

  I wish I could give a higher rate, but it was too many negatives aspects, such as super old and dirty wallpapers (I won't add images, yet I made it to each comment). They are white color and I have impression that haven't been changed since decades. Frankly speaking, it's very unpleasant to see it. It was always stinkt at the WC/bathroom with cigarettes, as if someone from a room near smoked (but the manager suggested me to change the room, however, since I was super busy and had to stay only 2 night while being away the whole day, could survive); there was no radiators in the room, but only oil radiator which could work very low. In the bathroom there is a radiator but even with 5 level of heating, it was always cold. I wonder since the heating season isn't over yet. I was glas that the weather was quite ok during the day, otherwise, have no idea how people may stay there in winter. What made me really speechless were super dirty and holey curtains. I think it's quite a shame to have it in a 3 stars hotel:( WiFi doesn't work properly. I had always use my mobile one. There was no cleaning next day, even though it has to be cleaned/ checked every day. But I appreciated that they gave me a complimentary free breakfast because of this situation. In addition, safe is quite super old (without code, but one has to get a key upon the deposit which I found nowadays quite weird). Every hotel in the world, beginning from 3 stars is equipped with modern safe. Breakfast could be more variable for 16 Euro. However, it's good they offer all day long tea, cacao, cafe, juices. Location is quite good, and was hoping to have a quiet nights, but despite the street lies not on a major road, still was a bit noisy. I hope management can improve those matters based on not only my comments, but other guests to make it better, hence, to attract more clients. My comments and experiences are based on room 208. I can't say if other rooms same quality or better or worse, therefore, don't want to generalise. Thanks

  The lobby is nice however the room is extremely outdated with stained carpets and lots of marks on the wall. However, the bathroom was modern. Area near the hotel is not amazing however there are food shops nearby as well as public transport that can quickly take you to the city centre. Hotel gets locked at around 8pm but you get a code to unlock it. Eerily quiet hotel, only saw one other group of guests in the 3 nights we were here.

  Just came back for a 7 day stay at this hotel.Location was great, not far away from the Metro. But that's it. We were greeted by a guy who was not happy that we arrived 30 mins before check in. He just gave us a paper to fill in and nothing else. Not welcoming at all. Check out, he took the key and just said bye.Cleanliness - very disappointed. When we went to the room, we moved the bed cos of the kids..and found someone else's boxers and an empty packet near the bed.The room has carpet, i wish I'd known before, it was never cleaned as by mistake I dropped some powder of a medicine and it stayed there for a whole week.Once they forgot to give us enough towels for everyone .Breakfast disappointing as there were bread ham and some yogurts and fruit. Hot stuff just scrambled egg, sausages and bacon and every day the same breakfast was served. There a coffee machine and jams at least. I was annoyed as they didn't like that the kids served themselves, they were telling them to let mummy do their breakfast which was ridiculous as they were capable of doing everything themselves.If you are looking for location as it is near metro, this hotel is good. But for other things i would not recommend it.

  Relentless renovation noise

  This hotel is currently renovating so if you’d like a quiet and peaceful stay find somewhere else. The noise was relentless all through the day, we weren’t informed before hand, and were given vague and disingenuous answers about when it would stop. And make sure you have cash on you as the proprietor likes to slug you for cash payments whenever possible.
