This city business hotel is located in Vienna's vibrant 7th district, just 10 min from the Museums Quartier, and Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna's biggest shopping street, is just around the corner. Stephansplatz square and the city centre are around 3 km from the conference hotel, as are city centre attractions such as Viennese Hofburg, Viennese parliament, Schönbrunn Castle and St. Stephan's Cathedral. Guests will find a bus stop and metro station just 100 m from the hotel and the Westbahnhof train station is around 5 km away. Vienna - Schwechat International Airport is approximately 25 km away.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2023. The hotel has 6 junior suites, 7 suites, 12 single rooms and 209 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a page service and a hotel doctor. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Guests can also book separate bedrooms. For a fee, extra beds or children's beds can be provided for little travellers. A safe and a desk are also available. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Leisure options at the hotel include a gym, billiards, callisthenics and a spa. For a fee, guests can also enjoy a sauna and massage treatments.

Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a bar and a piano bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children.     Great customer care in a difficult moment

    I had to leave the hotel after the first night due to a family bereavement. After a small initial difficulty with communication, the management reviewed my situation carefully and was extremely kind in refunding all the unused nights of my stay.I really appreciate the understanding and professionalism shown in the end.     We stayed 5 days in a deluxe room with wellness included. Location is great near U6 station and westbahnhof and trams. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Room was large and clean and we liked we could choose when it was cleaned - good environmental option. Would not want to be there in summer as air on was next to useless. When we capped the technician he shrugged and showed us how to open the window - even though there is a sticker on the window saying dont open with aircon on! Of course with window open its too noisy to sleep. The wellness centre on the 7th gloor had a great sauna, showers and hot tub plus loungers. The experience was spoilt by noisy children jumping in and their mothers opening windows to smoke. The bar area has a good vibe however on the one occasion we tried to use it the barman blanked us. We ended up walking out after he served some German speakers who came in after us. 3 stars are cor room, location and breakfast.     Very pleasant stay

    We've spent amazing three nights in this hotel. They serve a very nice breakfast with good varieties and very tasty food. We got a room upgrade upon arrival, very spacious and with an extra bed for our 5yo child. The only downside is that if you want your room to be cleaned you need to book in advance. We did so but still noone came to clean it during that specific time.     Worst experience ever. They did not have any rooms cleaned and I sat in the lobby for over 2 and 1/2 hours waiting for a room. Meanwhile it got dark outside so now I can't go find dinner. And a bus load of about 35 people just came in and they have no rooms ready for them. The lobby is a horrible loud mess.     Management doesn't care about guest.

    We did not enjoyed out stay at all.Property is very good,breakfast was excellent but management of this hotel is horrible.We had air condition issue that never fixed and manager said we don't have fan or cooler.due to very hot weather we did not sleep all night.On check out manager apologised and promised me that I'll get refund of €43.When I checked my bank statement after my holidays there was charged from the hotel for €43.since then I am emailing to them to management/reservation and responsible member but no one reply back to me.So please make sure check your bills before you pay or make sure all refund in right place before you leave the hotel.I stayed many hotels but this hotel sais breakfast finished at 10.30 am but staff taking all food and everything out by 10 am.
