Location

Located approximately 5.6 km from the centre of Vienna, this hotel is ideal for business travellers as well as families. It is about 450 m to the nearest public transport.

Facility

155 non-smoking rooms are available. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Other services include an alarm call service. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. 2 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds and children's beds are available upon request and for a fee. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A flatscreen television, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable night's sleep.

Sport

After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers jogging.

    I was/am staying here for a weekend trip with my girlfriend. The room we got had a typical old/dated hotel room smell, as to why we decided to leave a private card inside the electric switch so the air can circulate.When coming back said card was gone and after asking the front desk for help we were told that there is nothing they can do, and their staff must've taken the card to save energy.I understand wanting to save energy but in no way is it okay to steal a chipcard from a guest and not return it.And for whoever is curious the card itself was a prepaid public transit card for the Netherlands with roughly 30-40€ loaded onto it, so there even is some financial loss on my side.Avoid this hotel at all cost.

    The hotel room was nice and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable.     They don't respect the arrangements

    When booking, I requested a king-size bed, which was accepted. Unfortunately, I received two joined beds, and when I asked to change rooms, the usual response was that the hotel was full. In my opinion, this is arrogance on the part of the hotel staff. The rooms are okay.     Needs an upgrade

    Needs an upgrade on both the facilities and staff. The room was worn down and with a bare minimum of what you need, no atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and in good condition but also here it was nothing more than the absolute bare minimum. The breakfast room staff was not helpful on allergens, the kitchen simply had no clue about the basics.     Not bad for the price

    Pleasant staff, room was clean and tidy. However, it was disappointing to see the double room we booked consisted of 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single duvets. To upgrade was costly, and this was all in the small print. It is a little bit far from the centre of Vienna and the Ubers were pricy, however on the final day we were there we discovered the tram stopped very close by and was only a couple of euros, it would have been good to know sooner.
