  Location - walking distance to the Nachtmarkt cafes and restaurants, and about 15-20mins to centre of town, there is a tram stop nearby. Beautiful hotel, historic facade, but very nicely modern rooms. Very comfortable beds and the added chase lounge in my room made for a cosy atmosphere. Clean rooms. Quiet rooms. Staff were amazingly helpful and even delivered a birthday platter of handmade chocolates and champagne to my room, very appreciated surprise for me. Restaurant staff were friendly, food was very tasty and enjoyable. Undercover parking is available extra cost, in the Botanical garden car park, this is attached to the hotel and entry to the hotel is also available through the carpark. Very convienent. Mid range pricing, but worth the price I paid for a lovely hotel where I spent 3 nights in April 2026.   Gluten free hotel in Vienna

  This hotel is excellent. You can reach the center of Vienna in few minutes, the rooms are big and clean: the beds are comfortable and I slept very well. Everyone in this hotel is polite: receptionist, cleaning lady, waiters. I really appreciated the gluten free breakfast that they provided me during the vacation. The manager and the waiter(tall guy I don't know his name) of the breakfast area were very kind and helpful with me. The american coffee was delicious. I really recommend this hotel.   Great hotel in a good position

  We were booked in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well placed being close to tram and underground lines and a short walk into central Vienna. We had room 318, which had 2 single beds which could be pushed together. There was tea and coffee making and you could get milk from the small restaurant to keep in your room. The room had a tv and small sofa and coffee table and a desk, there was plenty of cupboard space, the aircon was very efficient and there was a small safe. The bathroom had a shower over the bath and toiletries and a hairdryer were provided. The toilet was in a separate room within the bathroom which also contained a bidet. The towels were not of a great quality and there were no robes or slippers provided. Breakfast was included which consisted of a traditional Austrian breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries etc or at the egg station, omelettes, fried eggs with sausages, bacon etc also available. On our first night we had a buffet evening meal included which had a variety of options to cover everyone’s palette. Over all a great hotel which I would recommend.   Markets itself as a four star hotel, but this is really 3. The location means it can get away with itService : front desk are efficient but cold as are the restaurant staff. Cleaning staff are slow and sloppy.Room: cold, peeling wallpaper and despite booking a superior room, it was two single beds pushed together with 2 duvets. Was like sleeping on an ironing board Breakfast: Boring and undress- I think many of the pastries are bought from yhr nearby Lidl. Dont add to your booking and save moneyV disappointing hotel and I would never stay here again.   We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from. The hotel was 3 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk to the Belvedere palace. The superior room was comfortable and clean and included a kettle with Tea and Coffee.
