  The hotel offers a pleasant stay with friendly and professional staff. The facility and the rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast provides a selection of tasty options. The location is convenient, close to public transport and a nearby garage. Despite the railway, it is fairly quiet.

  The hotel is located 10-15mins walking distance from Wien hbf in a modern and safe neighborhood, and this is great considering that the station has a 15 mins train connection with the airport. It is also served by a tram and bus stops that directly connect with the hbf and the U-Bahn station, the city center, other locations in the nearby. Additionally, you can also reach Belvedere in 15mins by walk.Regarding hotel services, we didn't get the breakfast so I can only judge the room. The room was clean and perfectly isolated from outside noises (our room was quite near to railway but we couldn't hear any train with closed window. So cool) but I was expecting more isolation also from other rooms since the building is modern and new, I could hear people chit chatting loudly in the middle of the night :( however without this one-night inconvenient the quality of sleep was super, bed is really comfortable.That was a great choice considering also the overall price.

  My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. It's only about a 10 minute walk from the train station, but is about 40 minutes from the old town. We saw several trams running nearby. A few restaurants are within walking distance. was comfortable, though the pillows were flat. Breakfast costs extra. The room was quiet and clean. The TV was small.

  Reception:Inconsiderate and showed no empathy. We arrived at 12.30pm, drenched after being caught in the rain and tired to check in after an early flight, yet we were not permitted to check in until 3.00 pm, when im sure there were vacant clean rooms available.Room / facilities:Room number 709 is on floor 6 and only looks clean due to the style of carpet, as i found multiple long hairs on the floor just to the edge of my bed.We stayed 2 nights.Remember to bring your brains with you because you need to remember a 6 digit passcode to access the room, as plastic door key or a physical key are not used.Full control split air conditioning with a window that open.If you need something done or if you want to have something replaced in the room, you need to physically go down to reception to personally ask, as there is no phone supplied in the room. This would be very interesting situation if an emergency event occurred.The room has two very comfortable thin single beds, yet the pillows are very flat and unsupportive. There is a small hanging area, when you put your shirt on the hanger, the hanger does not hang level, as the hanging area is located too close to the wall. Three built in wall squares are provided to place items for storage, a desk that every time you open the bathroom door, the door hits against the desk, you have to maneuver around the room to be able to go past the open bathroom door to get to the main entry door, there are two Ottomans to sit on, towels are good.Laundry: Self service cash/credit card laundry with 10 washers and 6 dryers costing from €4.50 to €15 per use (depending in wash KG weight) is around 850m away from the hotel.Parking:None availableWifi:Complementary and really good speed. Email address validation is required.Breakfast:Available for additional cost, but not utilised on this stay.Conclusion:Good size room, comfortable bed (not pillows), nice room mural, split system air con, great water pressure in the shower.Letdowns:- Cleanliness, there were long hairs entangled in the carpet that were not removed by the vacuum- We found on our first shower after arrival, there was no liquid soap on the shower. For two days in a row as the soap was not refilled by the cleaner. GREAT JOB by the cleaner.- the lack of amenities, including a telephone, tea and coffee is not provided.- There is not even a peep hole in the main door. - Pillows are very flat and very unsupportive.- Unsympathetic staff who would not allow us to check in at 12:30 PM despite the fact we were drenched to the bone. There would’ve been rooms available and clean considering at 7:30 am, on our first morning, people were checked out and the cleaner was already in cleaning the room across the hall. - Reception man did eventually give us towels so we can wipe ourselves and we head out for lunch.- There is no luggage rack to put luggage bags.- Lack of area in shower to place toiletries.- Lack of tea and coffee in room,- No fridge in room- Lack of toiletries storage in shower recess.Location / Nearby:Wien HBF train station and the shops / restaurants, services etc it provides, self serve laundromat, a number of supermarkets, tram stop, hire cars.Recommendations:If you want a very very basic hotel room this is perfect for you.Getting to hotel:If arriving by car, best use GPS, or it is 850m walk from Wien HBF station.

  What a fantastic hotel so close to the train station. The service was memorable. Inja the receptionist was just so helpful and a lovely person. Very helpful with information of where to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and well worth the price. I would definitely stay in this hotel anti evi was in Vienna
