The hotel is located near the outdoor Naschmarkt market and the Theater an der Wien in the centre of Vienna. The opera, the Musikverein auditorium, the museum district and the Karlsplatz underground station are only a few steps away. St. Stephen's Cathedral and the city centre are approximately 10 minutes' walk from the hotel and Westbahnhof train station is around 2.5 km away. Vienna-Schwechat Airport is approximately 20 km from the hotel.

Facility

9 junior suites, 8 single rooms and 26 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee).     My children and I stayed at the Beethoven just in time for Easter week-end. It is a boutique hotel, with musically themed decor, friendly staff, and an aesthetic ambience (perfect for those influencers out there). But the most critical item for this family was its perfect location. I doubt there is a more convenient location for a hotel in Vienna. It is close to the Metro, near a great bakery and grocery stores, a couple blocks from the Kunsthistorisches, and almost directly across from Secession (for all you Klimt afficionados out there). Will definitely try to stay there again. Let me add that Easter is a perfect time to be in Wien, and my kids fell in love with the Easter markets.

    The Hotel Beethoven is located in a perfect spot for taking in so many of the major sights of Vienna. The front desk staff was very helpful and engaging. Our room was made very comfortable & decorated in the Secession manner. Loved our time there!     We had a delightful 4 day/3 night stay at The Beethoven. Location was perfect… quiet, very convenient. Room small as expected, but comfy, especially the bed. Breakfast just right.     Location in a quiet part of the first district is excellent. One can walk to the opera on about 7 minutes. Staff are warm & friendly, and the family run nature comes across. It made my trip. I feel it is a second home. The rooms and themes of famous Viennese are enchanting. The rooms are clean pleasant aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. I will only stay in hotel Beethoven in Vienna.     Hotel Beethoven is an absolutely lovely place to stay in Vienna. Not too large, and not too small, with all the amenities you can think of. Breakfast room, sitting area, what looked like a library (never ventured there) and a nice bar. The staff is very friendly - I must tell you, a smile before your first coffee goes a long way, and it sets you up for an adventure. Location is fantastic - well, all our planned destinations (except for Schönbrunn Palace) we reach on foot (which was the whole idea of the trip - to walk as much as possible). Restaurants and grocery stores are plentiful in the area.
