    Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms. Great location close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Within walking distance to Messe Wien Exhibition Congress Centre. I’d happily stay again when visiting Vienna.

    I am a wheelchair user. The hotel was very easy to access, the elevator was small, but worked, the room and bath were spacious and easy to get around in. The breakfast room was pleasant. There were minor irritants, drawers that wouldn't stay closed, a mirror too high to use (and broken) and the fact that there was no option to give the hotel clothing to be cleaned (they had recently ended their contract with the company because it was too expensive (???) and an out-of-sorts breakfast person who switched off the coffee maker punctually at 10 am even though we had not gotten our coffee yet. As I say, minor glitches compared to the excellent location on a very quiet street across from a park, and an excellent room. I noted that they had a very nice lounge area, even though I did not use it myself.

    My hotel room was just what I needed, a single for 2 nights. It was a small room which was perfect for my needs. It was clean and the breakfast was good. There wasn’t much in the area but I did find a small grocery where I bought cheese, crackers, etc. Enough said.

    The hotel is on the U1 subway, just a few minutes walk, extremely convenient for the Austria Center and convenient for the city centre, Great place with a really nice and reasonably priced breakfast, very helpful staff, everything very clean. Single rooms are really small, mine had a very soft matress, not to my liking. If you are too tired or lazy to go into town to eat, no problem, there is a good choice nearby.

    Great value hotel and very comfortable room, bed, and everything you need - TV (we could log into our own Prime Video account on it) fridge, safe and tea/coffee/kettle , hairdryer provided. Nice quiet location a bit out of the way from the city but we did manage to walk into the city centre (30mins) - walk about and walk back and we are in our 60’s. The shower is one of the best I’ve used. Plenty hot water and the tap water is also fine to drink. Air con was a bit noisy but worked fine. We also used the tower fan that was in the room for instant chill when you got back. Good Free wifi. Breakfast is €12 pp if you want it extra. But as we don’t eat much on a morning we didn’t bother. There are supermarkets everywhere too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had a lovely afternoon meal at zum maehrischen spatzen - nice menu - just round the corner - worth a look - I’d recommend this hotel.
