    The hotel was very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection of food and drinks. The hotel has a garage available which needs to be paid for per day of stay.

    This hotel worked for us as a cost-effective option on a room only basis for a 3 night stay to explore Vienna. Well located a couple of miles from the centre, but only 5 mins walk to the efficient No.1 tram to take us there. (Bus was even closer). The entrance is easily missed - a little hidden round the corner from the footpath - and reception is on floor 3. The room was small and fairly basic, but clean (no kettle or tea/ coffee, no chairs, and minimal space to unpack clothes). With the window shut we weren't disturbed by road noise and there was a nice rainfall shower and comfy bed. Handy supermarket across the road. The bar / breakfast area was a useful sitting area in the evening.

    Very friendly welcome from Edwardo the night receptionist , after many hours of travel ,I arrived very late and tired I was given a bottle of beer as a gift from the hotel very needed .I loved my stay at this hotel rooms clean nice location .Tamas the receptionist offered to assist me with a map to the Vienna city , so easy tram 1 within 20 minutes I was there . Orlando was so kind to offer me to store my luggage until my transport arrived in the afternoon . The only issue was the WiFi was very slow , the room had a wonderful rain shower I asked the housekeeper assistant how to get it work but no English , still I had a lovely stay and will one day return 5 stars from me

    Stayed here for 1 night recently. Room looked nice enough for what it cost, very basic though. No kettle or coffee making in the room. Booked a double room and was giving a twin room at first, had to go down and change rooms which was a bit of a pain. My 2nd room didn't have working air con so felt like I was sleeping in an oven all night and found it very hard to get any sleep. The thermostat said my room was sitting at 26 degrees all night long. If you are considering booking this hotel I would consider staying elsewhere, especially in the warmer months when you need working air con in your room.

    I booked with 55 GBP via Booking.com and paid 58.09 GBP at the hotel. Front desk had no explanation for this and did not show any intention to solve it. The hotel is listed with parking, but that was another 16 euros. Foul odour from the bathroom. Bad experience overall!
