    Just arrived today , room clean and tidy BUT No SAFE, No Fridge and no bin liner in waste paper bin.Its more like a travel lodge than a starred hotel. Here on an organised tour so no choice , i would not come here if i paid for it myself , also in bad location .

    We arrived late at night and were hoping for a smooth transition to sleep. The initial check-in was quick and uneventful, which we appreciated after a long day of travel. However, the experience went downhill shortly after getting to the room.We discovered that the bedding for the sofa bed was missing. I tried calling reception, but it took three attempts before anyone answered. When they finally did, I was told they would call me back in 5 minutes. That call never came. I eventually had to walk down to the lobby myself, only to find the staff weren't even busy with other customers. They did finally provide the bedding, but we had to set it up ourselves.The service issues continued into the next day. Nobody came to clean our room or replace our towels, which is a basic expectation for a hotel of this caliber.Generally, the atmosphere among the staff was quite disheartening. Aside from one receptionist, the entire team seemed tired and broken—not a single smile or "hello" to be found.The saving grace of this stay was definitely the breakfast. Everything was fresh, and there was a really good variety to choose from. Interestingly, the breakfast staff were actually very nice and provided a much-needed contrast to the front-desk team.I expected much more for the price.

    Bad location - quite far out of the centre and the only tram quite a distance. Service was poor, bordering on rude. No safe or fridge in rooms, breakfast was poor and the only restaurants available (2) were in the shopping mall where the hotel is located.

    Comfortable Stay While Exploring Vienna’s Festive Magic

    The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Although the property is a bit far from the city center, the public transportation connection is very convenient — you can reach the center in about 30 minutes without any issues. Overall, a great place to stay if you want comfort and good value.

    Search reviewsTrafalgar tour cut cost and put us up here.Location is terrible. Miles from the city. Long walk on dusty polluted road to tram station. Within 20 min walk are low-end strip clubs n bars for foreign workers from poor countries. See photos. Poor choice of restaurant near by and only a handful near the hotel is expensive n had poor reviews on Trip advisors. One even charge 17 euros for utensils n bread calling it cover chargeWe were given the worst rooms. No minibar No safe. The edge of my bed just sunk to the bottom at the edge even though I weight 56 kg. See video. I didnt sleep all night n my muscles ached in the morning trying not to slip off the bed all night. Didn't even replace facial tissue (see photo)All talk about being eco friendly they dont have water filters and one miserable hook in the bath room expecting us to hang 4 towels to dry.Interior of the hotel is grey and Grey matching the Grey skies and Grey environment outside the window.
