    This is a very good, basic hotel in an excellent location for a reasonable price. My room was bigger than I expected, very quiet, spotlessly clean and was cleaned well every day, comfortable bed, good pillows and linens. There was a very small TV, though no refridge, safe, or rubbish bin. Breakfast is adequate and the brewed coffee is very good.The location is very good. It is a short, easy walk from the VAL2 terminus, trams, Ubahn and Schweden Platz. There are three food markets less than 5 minutes away. The major sites are a very pleasant walk less than 20 minutes away.I'd definitely stay here again.

    Good location, easy access by code, very clean and nice staff. Poorly furnitured room, 2 beds, 2 bedtables, 2 chairs and a small table. All the things described as beeing in the room was in the breakfast room. We could hear every word that was said outside the room (breakfast room just on the other side of our door) and in the next room. Stiff beds.

    One of the worst experiences ever. One spider, cobwebs, and dust everywhere. Bad bed. Toilet paper already used. The linens smell used.No one at the reception. Indeed no reception. When you arrive at the hotel you need to call in order to have a code to enter in the hotel. Not an hotel at all.

    An ex medical office with thin walls that you can hear every fart from next door. Imagine - you’re stayin in a cabin which was a diagnostic-room. The interior is so characterless and non-designed, combined with the high ceiling it feels like you‘re hanging out in an interrogation room… This „hotel“ is a shame…

    This could be a perfect budget hotel - clean, simple but comfortable, very good price, central location and also quiet. Quiet until the morning when at 7pm someone without any warning starts working a metal saw! one of the worst awakening ever.
