    I spend one night and I wonder how this hotel is classified as a 4-star hotel. It 2 or 3 stars max. While the room was clean, the hotel looks like some youth hostel. During check-in, the receptionist was totatlly unwelcoming, while the lobby did not resemble 4-star hotel. Corridors very dark. Room clean but very basic, no kettle, the shower with no door nad no shelve to put cosmetics. The only postitive is location in the center. That's all.

    Not a great experience here…Booked and paid in advance for a twin room On arrival was allocated a double which they couldn’t split or change and just said it wasn’t something they guaranteed - nor could they guarantee one got the other nights we were booked to stay there - why would I book a twin room and then be ok with a double?? I’m happy to share a room with my friend but not a bed…In the end because we stuck our ground they did move us to a sister hotel with a twin room - but it was the opposite side of the city Reception area is tired. There is tea and coffee but this is a very borderline 3 star hotel in my opinionWhilst waiting for them to sort out transfer I also heard another guest come and explain about an issue with their shower that needed fixing Just not a great experience- only given 3 stars as they did actually move us when we complained.

    This establishment cannot be classed as a 4 star hotel. At best it is a serviced room. Cleaning is defaulted only 3 times a week which is environmentally friendly but do I really want to go down to reception to get toilet paper or tissues because there is no phone in the room. No Do Not Disturb hangers for the room handle and the cleaning time was random. No hangers in the wardrobes for trousers. Nowhere in the shower to hang a towel - no grab rails just holes in the wall. Breakfast was poor and nothing was labeled so didn't cater for allergies. Very clever photography on the website with mirrors made it look more plentiful than the reality.. The black leather seats in the breakfast area were a advertised as a feature but un reality were a disgrace - peeling and huge bald patches The location was good - the only positive thing I can say about the hotel.

    I booked online and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances my business plans changed long in advance. I wanted to reduce my stay by one day, the hotel refused to change the booking. The request was made 1 month before the date of the booking. I received a curt response saying the request was refused. Also very late check in time of 3pm, with no flexibility. I won't be staying again.     They restrict air con in rooms

    Room not good enough. The air con is fixed at 20 so you cannot reduce it, even tho it’s 30 degrees outside !!!! The hotel fix it so you can’t have it on in any lower any room, probably too save them costs at the expense of your health ! Shocking. Will be complaining to the health office about it. Broken safe, smelly carpet. Really poor, and not allowing people to have air con on in this terrible dry heat is a disgrace.
