Location

This hotel is located in the Hernal quarter, only a few minutes from the famous shopping mile Mariahilfer, the theatres and plenty more tourist attractions. It provides an ideal location, just 10 min from the historical centre of Vienna and is a perfect starting point. A tram, which takes 10 min to reach the city centre, has a stop located directly in front of the hotel. The nearest underground station is around 200 m away and Vienna airport is approximately 20 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 3 suites and 110 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     Security risk and administrative nightmare

    I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. During our stay in January 2026 we were unable to get into the hotel at 3:00 AM due to a faulty card reader. We were outside for 30 minutes in the cold, banging on the door until the staff finally opened it. This is a serious security failure.The cleanliness of the rooms was poor (dirty glasses, missing furniture). The management is even worse. After I cancelled future reservations due to legitimate security concerns, the hotel refused to refund my money and tried to force a voucher on us. They also falsely accused us of not paying a previous bill due to their own accounting errors - which they only admitted after I sent them the bank statements. Unsafe, unprofessional and chaotic. Do not recommend!

    Extremely nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooma were very modern and well equipped. Complimentary toiletries were plentiful and included rarer things like hair conditioner and dental cleaning kit. Our room was on the top floor and the view was incredible. You could see nearly half of vienna from your room.Greal location next to tram line to city centre.

    We stayed at this hotel on March 12, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to a young man with glasses and a red shirt—he was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel itself was very clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

    This hotel was better than we had expected. It was clean, basically but adequately furnished with thoughtful toiletry items provided (toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shoe cleaner). Staff were friendly and helpful. Tram 44 stops just outside the hotel and this takes you to a main tram interchange which is just a ten fifteen/minute walk from main attractions such as Parliament, Hofburg, Rathaus etc. area. Cafe Central and cafe Lendtmann are also near this tram stop. The Subway is about a ten minute walk from the hotel. There are supermarkets, shops and bars in the area around the hotel but it’s not an area of particular interest or beauty! Good value for money.
