  The hotel is located a bit away from the historic city center, but it is very close to the central station, which makes it extremely convenient for arrivals, departures, and getting around the city using public transport. One of the strongest points of the hotel is the comfort of the beds. The mattress was very comfortable and ensured a great night’s sleep. In general, the hotel is very quiet, which I really appreciated after long days out.The room was clean, functional, and well maintained, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is modern and efficient.I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that aspect.

  Booked this hotel for a short business trip. A mistake. It’s not bad, don’t get me wrong, but it’s nothing special. The decor is very dated, think 1990s style, the furniture cheap and uncomfortable, the walls are oh so thin, you can hear neighbours having sex, walking, using the bathroom, their TV etc. There’s no bar, just a very overpriced self service counter, Billa is over the road for snacks and drinks, no restaurant in the evening, there are a few at the station a five minute walk away. The room was hot with no ability to adjust temperature in the room I stayed in, window open with the associated noise from outside.On the plus side it’s clean, the price isn’t bad but you’re better off at the Moxy for a similar price, the location is useful for the station even if it’s a bit of a questionable neighbourhood in my opinion. In summary, it’s not bad but needs modernisation and I can’t for the life of me understand why Marriott group took this hotel under their brand.

  No sound deadening

  First night and there seems to be no sound deadening between rooms -I can hear the person above me clattering around the wooden floor in heels or hard shoes -it’s really loud -I’m wearing earplugs I’m hoping they’ll stop moving around soon

  Excellent location for day trips out of Vienna.

  Pros:- Location is excellent as it is within walking distance from the U1 line and Vienna Central Station.- Breakfast was average but the breakfast staff was always cheerful and diligent. Hearing him greet the customers every morning during breakfast brightens up my day.- Our king bed room was quite spacious with safe and mini fridge. However there are some weird shape pillars at the corners of the room.Cons:- Housekeeping forgot to provide towels during one of the days. We had to go down to reception to collect it.- The shower drainage was not functioning properly, leading to flooding after our shower. We feedback the issue in the morning and it was fixed by the evening when we are back at the hotel.

  Fantastic location, a ten minute walk from the main train station to the hotel. It is through streets and sidewalks but not too bad. Conveniently located to a subway station, 10 min ride to city centre. Or you can walk to the opera house in 20 mins. 15 min walk to Belvedere as well. There is a grocery store across the street and some some smaller restaurants close by. Near the train station, there is a brand new larger business park with some higher end restaurants at the main floor of the building. We went to Campus Bräu and they had a set lunch, soup, main and dessert for 15 euro which is a deal in Vienna. The hotel itself is very functional. Clean, coffee, tea, fridge, kettle, all the amenities. It must be a renovated older building but it's very nice. Only pet peeve are the showers are pretty narrow. The front reception was super helpful. Providing directions and ideas. We really enjoyed our stay. Good value for money.
