    It is located not far away from the underground station. The room is not small. The breakfast is delicious. The WiFi connection is good. The ambience is clean.

    The room was a good size.The location is near the business district and close to Belvedere Palace.Shops and restaurants nearby.The shower is in the bath and it is quite difficult to get into.There is a tram stop outside the hotel so easy to get around.I would say it is better for business guests rather than tourists.

    Just back from a 2 night stay here with my little cousins. Couldn’t fault the place at all. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good a size, clean and had a small kitchen including a fridge which we found useful. Good location and a supermarket just across the street.

    This is the first time to try Garner Hotels. This hotel was excellent in interior design, location, cleanliness, bed confort and staff hospitality.The hotel buliding is an old style hotel which I like, but, internally the hotel is well maintained and smartly decorated. the room size is not spacious but was adequate for two person with thier luggage. the path room was clean and the bedroom was comfortable. we were not concern for breakfast, but this hotel doesn't do breakfast and only provide snacks services.the overall experience is 9 out of 10 and shall look for Garner Hotels experice in other city.

    My nightmare in Wein

    I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay (Dec 5th, 2025). The experience was far below expectations, especially considering the basic level of hospitality that should be provided.Upon arrival, I completed the check-in process and signed the required documents. The staff informed me to wait, but instead of handing over the key to my room, they mistakenly gave it to another guest. As a result, I had to wait for almost 30 minutes, and no one offered any explanation or apology for the inconvenience.Additionally, the elevator service was extremely slow, causing many guests, including myself, to carry our luggage up four floors by the stairs. This was highly inconvenient and unacceptable for guests who expect reasonable facilities.When I finally entered the room, the air-conditioning was not functioning. I called the staff to request assistance, but even after more than 20 minutes, no one came to check or resolve the issue.And 1 of 3 days that I stayed in this hotel, water heater did not work as well, (staff told me that there was some where under construction), so I could not take a shower on that day. Poor me!Overall, this experience was disappointing and caused significant inconvenience. I expect that proper measures will be taken to improve service training, responsiveness, and facility maintenance so that future guests do not encounter similar problems.Ps. If i told something wrong or not true, pls show me your camera footage. Thx and no more.
