    Great, would come back

    rating18 Oct 2025

We were there for 1 night over the weekend. It was great. The hotel is located close to public transportation and surrounded by street parking (although the hotel itself offers parking in its own garage for 9 euros per day). We booked a room for three people with a cot for a small child, and they upgraded us to a larger unit free of charge. The room was classic with one double bed, 4 single beds and a cot for a child, a small LCD TV on the wall, a coffee table and a closet. The room is relatively large and has plenty of light. The bathroom is clean, spacious, with a shower cabin and towels are provided. All in all, the only thing that could be a little missing in the summer months would be air conditioning and a fridge. All in all, we weresatisfied with the accommodation and I recommend it.

    3 Night Stay

Here is a great example of not judging a book by its cover..On the outside, tired facade and grubby neighbourhood. On the inside, super friendly reception/ staff Clean rooms, comfy bed, quiet nights and pocket friendly budget ( for wein)Certainly recommend ( & I'm fussy!)

    Good for price you pay

    rating20 Jun 2025

The hotel was only a short walk from connecting transportation so was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel was clean and as we stayed for 3 nights the cleaners came every day and replaced towels and bedding. Staff were friendly and spoke relatively good English too. Perfect for what we needed :) Only negatives were that there was no aircon however it was roughly 25-28oc when we went and we slept perfectly fine. The window can be opened and so allowed a nice breeze in. Also just a key point is when you’re using the shower make sure to angle the shower head away from the door as we accidentally had a wet floor twice!

    Bad experience

    rating15 Sept 2024

I reserved and paid 3 nights. When I arrived I was informed my reservation was no longer valid since I delayed check in time. I was requested to pay directly at the hotel and deal with booking.com later. When I paid I was informed the breakfast was included and the lady who checked me in me gave me a very small room without requesting me to look at it first. In this room there was no dust bin. When I checked out I was surprised to be requested to pay the breakfast while it was included in the payment when I checked in. The receptionists are disrespectful and treated me as if it is a free of charge service. This happened both during checking in and out. When I claimed my funds from Booking.com, I was informed the hotel retained 98€ as I violated their check in time policy. What is strange is that I didn’t get any receipt for this 98€. I cannot recommend this hotel and both the facilities and services are poor. Furthermore, the hotel is not transparent at all.

    Good experience with friends

    rating08 Jan 2023

Well, overall the experience has been fantastic, both in Wien and in the hotel. Regarding the hotel, the staff was kind and available when needed, and the breakfast service was good too. Even though the breakfast is not included in the booking (you can either choose to purchase all the tickets in once or day by day), I think that is worth it because you can find whatever you'd like to eat so as to get well started the day (it's an international breakfast). To conclude, what else to say: I'd recommend this place to other friends and people when they want to enjoy a vacation in Wien without having to spend so much money whilst enjoying a good 3 star hotel with several amenities available. Definitely 4/5 stars worth it all!
