  Disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of basic hospitality

  The hotel is very isolated, which would be fine if services were clearly organised. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There are no easy food options nearby, so the on-site restaurant is essential — yet it is extremely small and poorly managed.We were given a specific time to attend the restaurant, arrived punctually, and were then told that it wasn’t actually a booking time but something about when people “rotate in and out” of the restaurant. This was never explained properly beforehand and made no practical sense to us as guests.When I tried to calmly ask the receptionist for clarification on when we could actually eat — bearing in mind we were travelling with family and had no nearby alternatives — the response was dismissive. The conversation was abruptly cut off, and the receptionist took a phone call, leaving us standing there confused, hungry, and with no idea what was going on.The issue wasn’t just the lack of restaurant capacity, but the complete failure in communication and basic guest care. In a remote location, clear information and a willingness to help are essential. Sadly, neither were present. On the evening in question, we were faced with an exceptional and unplanned situation caused by widespread flight disruptions, which led to a very high number of stranded guests arriving at the hotel simultaneously. As a result, our restaurant and bar areas were operating at full capacity.The time communicated to you was intended as a guideline to help manage guest flow, not a fixed reservation time. We sincerely regret that this was not explained clearly enough in advance, which understandably caused confusion and frustration.We are particularly sorry if our front desk communication came across as dismissive. This is not the level of hospitality we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared internally to ensure clearer communication and a more supportive approach in similar situations in the future.While the circumstances were extraordinary, we fully acknowledge that your experience as a guest should have felt better organised and more considerate.   Cheap, cheerful and acceptable

  It is a simple drop sleep and fly out the next day hotel. Rooms clean but pillow is stupidly. Food is all microwaved but tasted ok. Couldn’t see any other options near for eating.   Great airport near the airport

  Great hotel if you want to be close to the airport. If you are expecting the ability to walk through a quaint Austrian town, this isn't the hotel for you. The people were very nice and they scheduled the ride to the airport. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.   Terribly expensive two star hotel in the middle of nowhere

  The hotel is clean and well maintained in a little suburb a few Kms away from VIE airport. The staff were all helpful, especially the receptionist Aron, who was attentive at check-in late at night.The room was super clean, but very basic, with very dated furniture,.The bathroom was new and shiny. The beds were ok, however the sleeping quality was very low, and due unfuntional -impossible curtains (probably since the 80-ies) the early morning dusk woke me at 5.50 am!!! A small terrace was appreciated, although the weather was grey and rainy.I was missing the toiletries and some amenities, at least the sleepers, as the fake wooden floor was cold and uncomfortable.I found the breakfast to be excellent, very well presented, with wide selection of quality healthy food (nuts, dates, salmon, yoghurt, cold cutlery, coffee, lots of types of bread, seeds, fruits and so on... It is a short 20min walk to the nearest train station Mannswörth if you want to save on a cab ride (20€+-) The oficial rating is 4*, but for me it is a 2* only, and I am generous.Taking in consideration the ridiculously high rate ( 180-220€), which I didn't have to pay) I feel it is beyond any common sense.I wouldn't stay here again, not even for 50€ per night. We would, however, like to clarify a few points: Your company had booked a standard single room for your stay, but as a courtesy and free of charge, we upgraded you to a double room for single use to ensure more comfort. The window blinds in all rooms were replaced last year. Of course, we understand that personal preferences for interior design and colors vary greatly from guest to guest. Regarding the floor temperature – all our rooms are equipped with individually adjustable radiators. If the floor felt cold or the temperature was not ideal, you could have increased the heat at any time using the thermostat. We are sorry to hear that the overall experience did not meet your expectations and that you would not choose to return. Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continuously improve.   Too expensive for not convenient to airport. Everything is nickle and dime upcharge. No free coffee. No water. Ugh. Front desk staff nice and helpful. Bar tender plus food server seemed nice.
