    My wife and I selected the HiLight Suites (formerly the Starlight Suiten) because of their close proximity to the Wiener Konzerthaus. Their central location was a short walk to any location in Vienna's Inner Stadt. Public garage parking was available across the street, and the check in was efficient. The suite was spacious, modern, clean, and quiet. The min-bar was well stocked and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

    Good size rooms with sitting room and bedroom. Spacious bathroom. Rooms on top floor can be noisy when it rains as sloping velux windows installed.Breakfast is satisfactory but British visitors may be disappointed by the minimal cooked offering, scrambled eggs, Austrian sausages and continental bacon. The usual cereal, fruit, pastries and croissants also available. 10-15 minutes walk to cathedral and Hofburg Palace and nearest metro is just over the road.

    Very friendly reception team, large very comfortable bedrooms certainly of 4 star standard (ours had a decent size fridge and micro wave), quiet room despite overlooking road junction, ten mins walk to various attractions, and less to the main station. Would certainly return & recommend to friends. (Well stocked supermarket a minute walk away).

    This hotel needs maintenance.1. TV screen is not working. It looks like cracked.2. Drain is clogged up .. Water is not going down well... I finished my shower with dirty water under my ankle.3. House keeping didn't change towel although I put the towel on the floor.Most of all, nobody in this hotel solved problem immediately. They just attribute house keeper. Please anyone who explain this situation??여러분 여기 전체적으론 좋지만바닥에 놓은 수건을 그대로 다시 걸어놨어요 ㅜ컴플레인 해도 한번에 안오구요,,,, 다시생각해보세요.

    From the outside the hotel looks unprepossessing but inside makes up for it. The staff were super friendly, helpful and spoke excellent english. Our room was large and had a very good view and was very clean and quiet.
