Location

This luxurious hotel is situated directly beside the beautiful city park at the heart of Vienna. Sights of interest such as St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Staatsoper, Kärntner Straße, the Ringstraße, the Stock Exchange and numerous shopping avenues are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Landstraße/Wien Mitte underground stations (lines U3, U4 and the express CAT train (City-Airport-Terminal)) are situated only 100 m from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in an 18-storey building with a lift and 579 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Rooms

    Great value hotel in super location.

    I spent four nights in an executive twin room with my daughter. The room was spacious with the most comfortable beds. The bathroom was immaculately clean. The only disappointment was the shower was above the bath. I would have expected a walk- in shower in an executive room. The photos in the website are a bit deceptive in that they make it look like the executive rooms have walk-in showers. Having said that, we had a fantastic time in Vienna, slept soundly and enjoyed the use of the executive lounge. It's worth the extra expense as you get a quieter experience at breakfast time and the food and drinks on offer from 5-7pm are very good. The only issue is that the staff are sometimes too slow to replenish items which run out, including cutlery. One evening it was so busy we struggled to get a seat too. Overall though, the price to value ratio is excellent. The hotel is in a great location next to the transport hub and within walking distance of many attractions, including Hofburg and Stephansplatz. Wound I stay again? Definitely!     A very comfortable and convenient hotel

    Even though I arrived early, I was able to check in to my room!! A big shout out to Nadine on reception who was very friendly and helpful! The room itself was very clean and quiet. There were facilities for tea/coffee with a coffee maker supplied. The room also had a safe, iron, iron board , hair dryer,bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand wash. The room was cleaned each day and the cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices including freshly cooked eggs. The breakfast room was very busy at times.. best to get there early! A few extra coffee machines would also be helpful! The hotel is convenient to many historical sights and shopping as well as a 3 min walk to the airport train and other public transport. All the staff were very helpful.. a comfortable and relaxing stay!!     Hilton Vienna Park is a Perfect Hotel for Vienna visit.

    I loved it. I was in Vienna on a business trip (Logipharma Conference) and the Hilton Vienna Park (Room 635-13th Apr) was located ideally for access from airport (CAT), Historical City Centre, and good transport options to the conference venue. I arrived after 11pm but all was good. There was a slight issue with being told I was given an upgrade when in fact it wasn't. The receptionist was very helpful and recognized the incorrect info sent to me via email earlier. The hotel was v busy during my stay so he couldn't upgrade the room but he did add the Executive Lounge access and this was definitely a great bonus. Loyal Hilton Honors here! The room was really comfortable and quiet. Middle level room location but no noise and air con was really good. The room really worked for my combined business and leisure needs.The room, and I think all areas have undergone a very recent refurbishment. This really shows in all areas. I liked the decor and how clean and modern everything was. Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. 1st time on check-out I was ever asked at a hotel if I would return, and it was a big positive yes from me. Such in fact that I booked personal travel for Xmas markets in early december and booked the Hilton Vienna Park. It made a great impression on me.Location is top class - across from Stadtpark and walking distance to all the cultural and historic areas. Just perfect.Food is excellent. Breakfast has a HUGE and quality selection. The eggs station is fantastic. Can get busy to find a table at peak times but having the executive lounge option upgrade, I was able to have a quiet breakfast up there is I wanted.I really liked the offering of food on offer in the restaurant and lounge.This is a landmark hotel in a great location in an amazing city.     Hilton so far never disappointed us

    Very nice hotel in a great location overlooking the Stadt Park. Public transport and the CAT train to the airport are just across the street. The rooms at the Hilton are nicely decorated and the beds are comfy including the soft pillows. I wish the bath rooms were a bit larger. Really only room for one person at a time. We usually select an Executive King room which gives us access to the lounge. They have non alcoholic drinks during the day and snacks, hot and cold in the evening as well as beer and wine. There is a nicely set up breakfast buffet and there are 2 machines that offer an array of coffee choices. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is an outside area overlooking the Park with comfortable loungers and chairs. Lovely to linger in sunny, warm weather. The hotel also has a restaurant, Lenz, that is open for breakfast and dinner in the evening. Check in/out can be a bit lengthy, but is not a real problem. We try to stay at that hotel whenever we can manage to come to Vienna. For guests that don't want to use the CAT train, the hotel offers a private car to the airport for a fee.
