    We had high expectations from the photos but they got turned down the moment we stepped into the hotel for the check-in. They gave us a room that was already assigned to someone else. In my friend’s room she had no lights, it was smelly, the rooms looked nothing like the pictures, there were red dots on the sheets and it smelled. The receptionist was not nice and kept yelling at everyone saying she can't work it out because apparently she was busy but all she was doing is keeping her seat warm. The staff was NOT nice and helpful. Don't waste your money here!!!

    After finding out some unfortunate news that a family member had passed away, we reached out to the hotel in hopes that they would be able to assist in cancelling our reservation due to the untimely situation.We were met with nothing but rudeness, lack of empathy, utter disregard.I contacted the hotel directly, where a person called Robert, answered the phone. After explaining the situation, the receptionist rather than having a drip of empathy for an urgent situation - met me with absolute lack of care, complete disregard of the situation, and totally rude.When asked to escalate the situation to a manager, the receptionist implied that there were no managers available to contact me at all, bear in mind I called at 12pm on a Monday.When asked when I would hear back as it was a timely matter, the only response I got was I don’t know - no sense of decorum was delivered by this so called “receptionist”.As someone who has worked in hospitality for the last 10 years, I completely understand how tough this industry can be.However, due to such a difficult unforeseen circumstance, you would be led to believe that people would have a heart and some sense of care for the people who intend to stay at their hotel.I can see exactly now, why the hotel is rated almost at the bottom of available hotels in Vienna. If you are due to visit this hotel, I would say DON’T.Cancel your reservation and find somewhere where the paying customers are met with some care.

    Truly truly an horrible experience.I paid and asked for a special service when I visited Vienna: to have rooms for 20 students divided for 2 people each. The service was horrible and the rooms were dirty and unclean. My bathroom door was broken and couldn't close along with the shower door. The room had a crack in the wall with dust in it. I wouldn't visit it ever again in my life. An overpriced room for an underwhelming service.

    Awful customer service and unhelpful staff. Lost my luggage from the locked room that they have and up to now I haven´t received my things. Never an email or a phone call to explain the situation. ............................................................
