    A very pleasant, comfortable hotel. Fast and easy check-in and check out. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and helpful, especially Daria. The hotel itself is not very accessible, but you can walk to and from tram stops, and a call to Uber taxi is easy. Breakfast offers a great variety and sustains you for planned sightseeing. We were part of the Wingbuddy tour group.

    Good Standard Hotel with Great Breakfast Buffet

    We stayed here the night before and after our river cruise on the Danube. it was booked by the travel company Wing Buddy. It was clean and comfortable with a very nice breakfast buffet. It was clean and well maintained - adequate for our needs but nothing fancy.A 15 minute walk to some major attractions.We ate at a nearby restaurant, D'Landsknecht which had authentic Austrian atmosphere and food.

    All-in-all, a great hotel

    A no-frills hotel in the 9th District, nestled on a hill between the American Embassy and the apartment Schrodinger (he of the cat) lived for a few years! It as everything you need, the room was spacious and extremely reasonably priced. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are plenty of places to eat or drink, should you choose not to have breakfast in the hotel (which is rather expensive), or fancy a nightcap before heading back to the hotel. Our personal favourites were Palmbeach for a night cap, and Brötchenwelt (which happens to be very close to the Sigmund Freud museum) for breakfast. Both a 5 minute walk from hotel. We chose to walk into cental Vienna from either the hotel or from Brötchenwelt which took about 20 minutes. To get back in the evening we always used an Uber as it was so cheap!My only niggle would be the vending machines in the foyer were a bit temperamental as to whether they would accept cards or notes, and room service didn't always replace coffee/tea and didn't supply milk. These were only minor and not worth making a complaint, but might give readers a heads-up, should they not be able to function in the morning before having a caffeine hit!All-in-all a great hotel.

    Absolutely fine and very conveniently located for a work trip. Room a bit ´student dorm’ but fully functional. A bit hot in the roof and the thermostat didn’t appear to function but opening the window was effective. Breakfast decent though not the best quality. You need the paper wallet for your room not just the key card if you want breakfast. Not clear why they don’t have a card reader if they’re so paranoid - which would be more convenient (less likely to forgot your key card than the paper wallet).
