  It was a last minute, one night stay. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. The single bed room, was clean, the mattress acceptable, but the pillow was liked will with air. I need to stuff it with a few t-shirt to make it work . Also the noise from the street (cars and tram) made it difficult to fall asleep.

  Very dirty place,dark smelly stairs(no lift at all)the “room” was more like a narrow corridor with dirty floor and funny stains on the walls…!The toilet bowl was scary and there were no soap or shampoo in the shower!we also had been asked to pay for our breakfast eventhough it was included in the price!Vienna is beautiful but hotel arpi isn`t!!Stay away!

  The Worst Hotel that I have ever stayed in..

  Yes the rooms are small and did not have air conditioning, but we had the major problems with the bath room. We expect that bath rooms are clean and functional.The bath room we had was suffering from old age, and needed a severe overhaul.The sink had cracks in it, an ideal home for bacteria, the shower door did not close, allowing a significant amount of water on the floor making a slip hazard, and the shower head holder was loose which meant the head would not stay up, making it impossible to have a shower with both hands free. We also had issue with communications with one person, who cut us off during a conversation. This is very unprofessional and rude.

  Without doubt the worse hotel I have been to! So bad we immediately left, even though we'd paid in advance for three nights. Tiny little room with smallish double bed pushed up against one wall. Toilet bowl truly disgusting. No lift so access to room via poorly lit dingy stairway. Reception area sheeted off (presumably) for building work and dining area consisted of 3 or 4 small tables squeezed into the same reception area with a number of plastic cereal dispensers at one end.We will be asking for a full refund.

  Our accommodation in that hotel wasn't as pleasant as we expected. The reception was not 24-hours, so we had a problem as our airplane was about to reach Vienna on 22:00. Moreover, the hotel told us that they needed a credit card for payment the afternoon we were leaving for Vienna, and that was too late, as we didn't had a credit card! We were so anxious, because of their irresponsibility! Also, the stuff wasn't very helpful... We asked them what was the possible way to get to Vienna's airport and told us by train, something very general... They didn't even know which train reaches in airport... And of course, we weren't informed that there was an airport transportation by the hotel... Not worth its money!
