    Alexander is a medium hotel. Good raport price/quality. Not exceptional conditions but nice people.There is an tram station and a subway station near by(almoust 300m).They serve good and divers breakfast in the morning.

    For the price, the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is very nice and the staff were very helpful. There is a tram stop just next to the hotel and the centre of Vienna is just 10 mins by tram. This is a little gem of a hotel.

    Nice,bright, clean, spacious rooms, good service & helpful staff, located right next to the tram stop...can get the 24hr tram tickets & other info at the hotel itself.. made it easier for us to explore the city on foot & via public transportation...

    Stayed here 2 nights as a couple in march 2013. Rooms are clean and spatious. Breakfast - basic, but good. nice personal. not far from the subway. good prices. elevator.I recomand it for 3-4 days stays.

    Very high temperatures in rooms and poor services

    Very rude staff, rooms have no air conditioning, temperatures can get very uncomfortable and staff is not willing to help. Wanted to pay for laundry services and they took me to the laundry room so I would do it myself. The second day my brother-in-law went to the reception with the same request and got a list of prices for laundry services (he is an American citizen, I am a Romanian citizen). The Hotel is clean, but the staff is very rude. I wouldn't return.
