    Ignored for 10 mins at check in. Staff on phones and chatting to each other. Rooms tiny. Old fashioned. Bathroom as small as a campervan, kettle but no tea/coffee/milk? What was the point? Not adequate to meet basic needs

    Amanzing stay at Enziana. The location is really good, comfy beds,delicious food and amanzing atmosphere. Huge thank you to Dorin and the rest of the team members for making the stay very special.

    No air ventilation in the room or the bathroom, bathroom was very old, could not open the windo in the room, DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES, does not justify the price, one of the worst experiances at a hotel, felt unsafe, would not recomend to anyone!

    The hotel has 24 hours reception and located in 250 meters from Wien Rennweg train station, so it is easy to reach airport by train S7.There is DM and Lidl at the station, which is handy.The hotel staff speaks good English, checking was smooth. The room was dated. I had issues to turn on the lights in the room and the safety box was closed.The bathroom is large, clean and well equipped. There is TV, large fan and the table. I had room on the seventh floor and it was awfully hot.I opened the window, used the fan, took cold shower, was sleeping naked, but still it was very hard to sleep. Outside it was not so hot,probably this is due to hot air inside the building collecting on the higher floors. The street is quiet. I had no issues with noise even with the open window.The Internet was good and the WiFi credentials are written on the door.The location is good, just 500 meters from the botanical garden and 800 meters to Belvedere-Schlossgarten. The distance to the city center is 2.4 km,which you can walk or take a tram or bus.
