    After looking at many reviews on different sites, I kept coming back to this hotel. And I’m glad I did. Excellent. A+++ Friendly staff. Good location near the Narshmarkt (which is brilliant in itself), and the underground metro is 50 metres away, making it easy to get to Innere Stadt. The hotel is new, the room layout impeccable, and sleep is quiet bliss. I’ve been to 21 countries in the past 3 years, and stayed in many places, and this hotel easily hits my top 3 favourites.

    First time I was here was six years ago, about a week after the hotel opened. Much more modern and fresh looking than the InterContinental Vienna, I really liked it and stayed a couple of times for business thereafter. When business brought me back to Vienna, it also brought me back to this hotel. I was not disappointed!Very good stay. Status was recognised, a very nice room upgrade given. It was located in a separate building opposite the lobby entrance. Six years later, the rooms still feel very modern. A lot of windows, and thus natural light, Nice shower. Sofa (bed). Unfortunately I came in after a long day of meetings.The hotel is located opposite the Naschmarkt. With many bars and restaurants there or just around the corner. It’s located a bit further away from the main attractions and the city centre, but the metro station is opposite the hotel. And Ubers are plentiful. Staff (still) very friendly. I had a good night’s sleep, but did not take breakfast at the hotel as I had an early flight. I would still recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Vienna. Despite it being a bit further away from the city centre.

    Pretty good all-round. Funky vibe but not wierd. Well-equipped room with very good bed. Good breakfast but young lady was not yet trained to deal with people. Would definitely stay again.

    A really solid four-star choice in Vienna that delivers on all the essentials without breaking the bank.The room and bathroom were genuinely spacious — a welcome contrast to the cramped quarters you often find in European city hotels. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and very clean, and the modern yet trendy ambience gave it a fresh, stylish feel without being overdone.Service was excellent throughout, and the location works well — particularly if you plan to spend any time at the Naschmarkt, which is right on your doorstep.We stayed on the first floor, and there was some noise from the room above. Next time I would choose a top floor room.For the price point, this is hard to beat. Would stay again.

    This is one of the most accommodating and helpful hotels I have been to. My partner and I stayed for Valentines day and the team kindly decorated the room for us while we went exploring (I had decorations delivered prior) it was absolutely perfect!The staff are so friendly, always with a smile on their face and happy to go the extra mile for their guests - true Indigo fashion!The rooms are gorgeous with little neighbourhood touches and so clean.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Vienna! Thank you all!
