    Good location, appr 100m from Mariahilferstrasse, on a tram stop, close to U-Bahn Station.We were not much demanding, simply said we only needed a safe and comfortable place for sleeping overnightssThe hotel looks fine, provided what we expected, the staff is willing to help or advise.The floor plan may look a bit confusing at the first glance, but we never got lost. Recommending.

    The hotel photos are very deceiving. The reception staff extremely rude, non cooperative and arrogant. They treat visitors with great hatred. The rooms are average though spacious but not right for the amount charged. You get better service and comfort at this price .. The lady at the reception is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. .. I have arrived today with family but not very pleased .. won’t recommend ever to book this. Also request booking.com to kindly delist this property from the options. My worst ever experience….

    They got no sleepers which is unacceptable.The room was dirty and awful No good air conditioning The reception was closed at 10 oclock and if you needed something you couldn’t askDon’t recommend this hotel. And the room is stinks.There was a bad smell in the bathroom.

    We stayed at 7th floor and there was no wifi connection. İ'm not saying it's slow. İt's nonexistent.We stayed at 4 people room as a family and there were two glasses so we asked the reception for 2 more glasses but they said they didn't have any without even checking. İ don't know why they didn't put 4 glasses for a 4 people room. (The glasses was in the bathroom)There were no slippers. There wasn't a mini fridge/minibar at room. The AC was old.The reception didn't mind our requests. At least the room was big enough. The rooms are really clean too. İt was close to metro. Not suitable for long stays.

    Clean rooms. Hostel feel. For this money you can find a 4 star hotel instead if your search. Overpriced overall. Motel entrance. Old elevator. Nice lady at the front desk. Not really a hotel feel, more like a student dormitory.
