    We had a rather bad experience at the Mocca Hotel . Really bad customer service , receptionist lacking of any social skills , very unhelpful and rude .Bedrooms without fridge, slippers or air conditioning. The pillows were so thin that I had to use a folded duvet to be a bit upright and the single mattress was too thin too . Honestly I wouldn’t recommend it , it will make your stay in Vienna miserable .

    They closed the reception and let me out after 9pm. I havent received any message with infos on how to get in.. although they say they sent me. I managed to get in only beacause another customer was randomly there and helped me open the key case. Stubborn and unflexible manager didnt even want to offer me their miserable breakfast (EUR 12 which probably cost them EUR 1) for the inconvenience. You don't want to offer something that cost you EUR 1 to compensate a customer locked out from the hotel at night because of your fault? A customer paying you 157 for 2 night? Are you serious? Change job.Francesco

    We had a fantastic stay in Mocca, we had the family room, it was super comfortable for the 4 of us. Simple decor, clean, warm.Breakfast simple but nice, I loved their staff at the reception and at Breakfast.If you plan to come after 21h, you have to inform the hotel as there is noone there from the staff, and hotel is closed so they leave you the key in a box (all instructions given how to open box with a code) Hotel is located just steps away from the main shopping street with few metro stations and train. Fantastic connections to rest of Vienna

    Went to Hotel Mocca in June 2023 with a friend for a weekend break. The hotel was situated close to the main shopping road and a 20 minute walk into the main city centre.A fairly small hotel, but staff were lovely and helpful. The room was adequate and had everything you needed. Ultimately I spent very little time in the room as was sight seeing most of the time.Breakfast was good, not a huge amount but certainly enough to had a decent amount before setting off.Would recommend to anyone wanting a decent small hotel close to the centre.

    Stayed at Hotel Moccasin one night, easy to get there from the main train station (bus 13). The hotel is well located, circa 20 -30 minutes walk to the center but close to Naschmarkt & the shopping street. Spacious, clean rooms, with the already mentioned thin pillows & beat-up wood floors..giving it a bit of a hostel vibe. But overall a good value & would book again
