    A very basic hotel with nothing much more than a bed to offer. Location was quite central so within easy walking distance of sights or the street tram / U-Bahn. Reception staff didn't appear overly friendly and almost ignored you as you walked into the hotel. Bathroom was small and needs some TLC. Breakfast was very basic and there weren't really enough seats to accomodate all guests, which meant you were often sitting at a table that the lady in charge hadn't had a chance to clear/clean.

    Unfortunately, one side of the bed was broken but when I noticed reception was closed (not 24-hour work) the next day morning spoken with a receptionist lady she promised to fix my bed but did not and when noticed reception closed again the second day spoke with gentleman promised again but nothing changed I told them it's not fair my 3 night stayed wasted! Also, the room was not very clean.No A/C at all in the heatwave it was very challenging to get rest.No kettle or fridge in the roomBreakfast very poor

    Spent two nights for a short tour of Vienna. The hotel is not far from the city centre. The hotel staff were very much friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was good and just enough. Late check-in for me was also unproblematic. Considering the cost, my overall experience of the stay was satisfactory.

    I expect better for European hotels of this sort. I've stayed in cities like Berlin, Bern, Zurich, London, and more than one in each city. First, my bed was terrible--I could feel springs (or whatever they were) so my body ached after 4 nights. The staff were curt and not very forthcoming. I am a very courteous and kind person. Perhaps they were not used to seeing too many Black people. The only coffee was regular drip/percolator. One thing I look forward to in Europe is at least a multi-function machine where one can get espresso, etc. This last absence said a lot to me.The best feature is the location. Very short walking distance to main transportation hub, near the university of Vienna, and other spots that mattered to me since I was there to give a lecture at the Uni.

    The hotel's location is really convenient,next to a tram station and near a metro station.There are lots of restaurants nearby,a nice park for kids to play and supermarkets.The breakfast is good.The hotel was very clean and the employees always helpful and kind.However.the bathroom needs renovation and there wasn't enough light in the room.
