  Awful decor upstairs and poor sleep experience

  You walk in and it looks lovely but then you find institutional, bright white walls with red carpet. Horrible.Sleep experience is poor, we were in 117 which had running water sounds through it all night and you could hear the music from reception constantly. We moved rooms and it was a bit better but lack of blinds meant the room was bright from 6am and no hope of a sleep in!!   We stayed for a conference in Vienna. Unfortunately the hotel was not to our expectations. Whilst friendly and welcoming and a good location, There was a blockage of the shower on two out of the three days. This meant that we were not able to shower every day as this would flood the bathroom. We did let the hotel staff know but they were not able to sort it out adequately whilst we were there. I would personally not stay in this hotel again.   Beautiful hotel in a great location.

  Absolutely beautiful hotel as you arrive, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice, with more room than we were expecting, which is very nice when there are three people sharing a room. The only downside was that there was no fridge in the room, which during a European heatwave is a downer that you can't keep a cool drink in the room for when you return. I do believe that this is becoming the norm in Europe though as only 2 out of 4 of the hotels we've stayed in this trip have had them. Beds were super comfy and the shower was great too - not over a bath-tub so maybe not great for families with little kiddies, but brilliant for two adults and a pre-teen. Location was also great - very easy walk to all the big attractions in the city.   Warm Hospitality and Great Location

  Our stay at Hotel Rathauspark Wien was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, combining comfort, thoughtful service, and a fantastic location. Just around the corner from Vienna University, the hotel immediately impressed us with its modern and fresh design - both outside and inside. Check-in was smooth, and we were kindly upgraded to a premium room, which was bright, spacious, and featured the convenience of two bathrooms. A special thank you to the hotel for the lovely welcome gift extended to Radisson Rewards VIP members - two bottles of sparkling wine and a selection of local Austrian snacks. This thoughtful gesture truly set a warm tone for our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a broad selection of food served by friendly and attentive staff. While it did get busy during peak hours, the team kept the buffet well stocked and the experience pleasant. The only point for improvement would be a light refresh of the room, as we noticed some minor stains on the walls and a few cracks in the wood inside the closet. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are grateful for the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.   Hotel is in a good location and easy to find. Great local restaurant Einstein’s is just around the corner. Front desk not overly friendly or helpful. Be aware if you are a Radisson Member that they will not honor your status. Not until we called Radisson directly did our account reflect the stay. Public transportation is nearby as well be very walkable.
