The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre of Vienna, only about 200 m from Stephansdom (St Stephen’s Cathedral) and around 50 m from the nearest public transport bus stop. Vienna International Airport is about 18 km away and Bratislava Airport is some 72 km away.

Facility

33 non-smoking rooms, including 32 double rooms, are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     A Great Boutique hotel in the centre of Vienna. Highly recommended

    This is a great boutique hotel . Fantastic position and the hotel is split into 2 . We stayed in the Topaz and had a great room . Albeit a little small. The bathroom was very well appointed with robes and slippers. Breakfast was served in the Tooaz hotel and was fabulous. With great choices of buffet and served hot dishes too. The Lamee across the road had a fantastic rooftop with. Great view of Vienna and a huge array of cocktails , wines and nibbles. Finally. The staff were wonderful. , very helpful and pleased to organise restaurants etc for us. A special thanks to Imran who greeted us on arrival and was especially helpful and do were all the staff. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

    Can't speak high enough of the service and dedication from the staff here. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my girlfriend who I proposed to while in Vienna. I told this to the staff in advance and they certainly didn't spare in detail in making the room as expectional as possible, providing bottles of wine in the room and ensuring to provide plenty of suggestions for our stay in Vienna. Location is perfect, just a stones throw away from St. Stephen's Cathedral. The rooftop bar above the Hotel Lamee is also excellent with gorgeous views of the city. Would love to come back here at some point in the future.

    Terrible - hotel REFUSE to respond to a booking problem - 3 months later still trying

    We had cancel our booking and let the hotel know three weeks before and they wrote saying we could reschedule for later and reception confirmed our dates in writing at an amended price. So we went ahead and booked our flights (probably 15 messages to this point). Two days later I got a message from reception saying that the original booking (paid for ) was not refundable (we had arranged to rebook) and the booking was n w cancelled. I wrote back explaining based on the guarantee we received in writing that we had booked our flights. Several messages later reception messaged to say the Manager would review the situation on Friday and would get back to me. That was from Arbian on October 19th. I have sent a message every week requesting a response as we have paid for the room and now bought flights. 11 weeks later no one is responding, I have called and left a message requesting a callback nothing. I am not out over $2000 and a hotel that simply refuses to respond despite their promises to do so, I am have been waiting and messaging for over three months now and nothing, Do NOT deal with his hotel which does look lovely but they agreed and booked me a reservation in writing then rescinded later and now refuse to respond.

    Hotel Topazz has an outstanding location — just one minute from St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the metro station, and all kinds of shopping. Everything you need is literally at your doorstep, making it perfect for exploring Vienna on foot.This is a boutique hotel, so it doesn’t offer many extra services like room service or extensive facilities, but that’s part of its appeal. What it may lack in services, it makes up for with personalized attention.The staff are very warm and welcoming, with special thanks to Mohamed, who was exceptionally helpful and made the stay feel personal and comfortable.The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the room cleaning service is excellent — consistently thorough and reliable.Overall, Hotel Topazz is an excellent choice if you prioritize location, cleanliness, and friendly staff over full-service amenities. Highly recommended.
