    CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! THEY OVERCHARGED!!!Good access with the U-bahn, trams and trains. Walked through an extremely long and bent corridor before arriving the room with two doors right behind each other. Pretty small room with a bit dated bathroom. Parking garage next door (the black gate) with limited space but can't reserve and required staff to open the gate every time, still a little more convenient than the train station parking garage across the road.

    I really appreciate that this Hotel is extremely close to the Wien Westbahnhof. Great for traveling. The room was clean ,neat and is just what you would need for a short stay in Vienna. The staff are courteous and friendly. Only one small item... the wash basin did not have a stopper so, I have to shave with the water running a bit instead of being able to fill the sink a bit to clean my razor. This is of course minor. As I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for the service.

    Perfect hotel! The room was very clean, convenient with modern and minimal aesthetic. Also, in a great neighbourhood near the city center. The receptionist was really kind and helpful. Truly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Very nice hotel just opposite the Westbanhof train station. We stayed there because we wanted to take the train for Salzburg early next morning and it was very convenient.Very good value for money. Their rooms were clean and comfortable! Room was very quiet, no noise from the surrounding street!Something nice is that they treat you with coffee and tea whenever you want in their lobby.

    Located 2 mins on foot from Westbanhof which is an important station that has metro, train, bus and direct bus line to-from airport. Hotel itself is not exceptional but for sure well deserves its money considering its on the lower end of the average Vienna's price list for a room. Breakfast is pure value and worth taking every morning for 12e per person since for that price you barely get a coffee and a bagel/pretzel in towns center. Special praise to mr. Dragomirovic who is an exceptional youngman on the reception who was extremely polite and helpful and every tip and recommendation regarding restaurants, traditional chocolates and sweets were on point.
